Growing up in swamplands of Fawtick Bayou, Willy hunted American alligators his entire life. It is also possible he encountered Rosie while in the Bayou. However, once hunting alligators became too easy for him, Wily decided to move on to bigger and more challanging prey. Now, he's looking for sharks to make some new boots out of. You can take the man out of the Bayou, but you can’t take the Bayou out of the man.
