The Quote About Mentioning Her Brother?[]

I think I come up with the perfect quote for the top. Unfortunately, I just missed it. So with people with the energy to start all over, think you can get what she said about her mentioning her brother and hearing that the first time?

If no one does I'll try on Friday when it's released over here. Are photos taken by hitting L and R at the same time? Also, do you have to look at each photo or does the 3DS just save them to view later? Yes, pressing both L and R buttons takes a picture. You can view it in the 3DS camera and also upload the contents of the memory card to the computer. ---TacticalMaster (talk) 18:47, June 15, 2013 (UTC)

About Isabelle's crush[]

The whole thing about Isabelle having a crush in the player is false.

She is actually nice with everyone which is been mentioned by many villagers, but jock villagers may warn that is better to not break a window. Mayor Buster (talk) 19:45, June 25, 2017 (UTC)

Well there are some moments when she does act a little lovey-dovey like on Valentines Day and maybe on the player's birthday? Maybe she has a crush on the player or maybe she just adores the player. The crush thing is really up to the player but people keep bringing it up on social media because of Isabelle's possible pansexuality or bisexuality. Still, people should keep in mind the villager/mayor is supposed to be a human child (lines in the game make this explicit, so does the official movie). In my opinion, the Valentine's event is supposed to be seen as a cutesy thing and not something serious. Despite Isabelle's blushy line in the intro, the letter you get is really not all that romantic and more about she being thankful for your work. I didn't find any strong romantic hints anywhere without some reaching. Maybe the seashells line? Big maaaaybe?

Pretty sure your character in New Leaf isn't supposed to be a child, especially given the increase in height and overall role as, y'know, actual literal mayor. Seems pretty clear to me that the series grew up with most of its fandom. And the fact that she gets all blushy, says she made something for someone, and then you get the letter and a chocolate cake? On Valentine's Day of all days? Yeah, pretty obvious, especially given how Japanese culture and their Valentine's Day practices work. Also worth noting is that villagers can send you very lovey-sounding letters on Valentine's Day too, and I don't see anyone objecting to that. Mayor is a kid, without a doubt, if you reply to Brewster you've been drinking coffee for more than 10 years, he answers something like "When you were a baby?". In Japan, women are expected to offer chocolate to their male friends and co-workers, it's called obligatory chocolate. And the fact every Villager can be lovey-dovey towards player on valentine's makes this a cutesy event, not something that's supposed to be an ongoing a trait. It just kills me, this fandom can readily believe Isabelle has a glass of booze on her desk in New Horizons, but can't fathom Isabelle having feelings for the player character in New Leaf, whose age outside of that one little jab from Brewster is never alluded to but almost certainly isn't "little kid" territory, when indications of it are right there. TheSwedishElf (talk) 17:24, May 4, 2020 (UTC)

Because it's something that's really up to the player's intrepertation! Besides the Valentine's event there's barely anything, and in her dialogue in Happy Home Designer about the mayor(s) she expresses frustration. So it's strange to state it on the wiki as a 100% canon fact or make it sound like it's something that's often brought up or hinted at, when it's up to how seriously you take a Valentine's day event in New Leaf. Even the "crush" on KK Slider is not sounding something that's meant to be taken seriously, especially in New Horizons, tbh.

The booze in her desk is a silly joke on twitter btw, that's barley tea with ice. I don't think anyone seriously believes that it's whiskey... Abeiramar (talk) 20:39, May 4, 2020 (UTC)

This is a line in the Trivia section-

"In a rare piece of dialogue in Happy Home Designer, Isabelle reveals that she hosts a weekly podcast with her brother entitled Beanheads! that focuses on famed British actor Rowan Atkinson and all matters related to him."

"Isabelle Theme" music[]

Would character theme music pages be worthy of addition? Isabelle has quite some variations with her theme song, and I can recall quite a lot of themes with her little song jingle in it. Same goes for other characters. Well, we have one for Resetti because of how he has significance in his job as being the Reset Surveillance, but I think other characters especially Isabelle deserve their own theme song pages too. Nov 2021 Isabelle amiibo cards[]

There are now 2021 Isabelle amiibo cards, but the data for those cards don't seem to align much with the other amiibo cards, of which the templates revolve around the New Leaf card series instead of the New Horizons series.
