Week 138 - Needles and Pins

Hi Everyone -

Thank you all for your fabulous designs on Celebration of Nations. Congratulations to our top 5! Check out the post below if you missed it, it could be you!

It's Jo today with my first Allsorts Challenge and I have chosen -

  NEEDLES AND PINS

The reason why I chose this is when I was asked by Brenda to choose my themes I was colouring in some very cute House Mouse stamps and they were the Nice and Crafty sets and I thought this title would suit so many of you who are papercrafters as well as enjoying knitting, tapestry, crocheting, lace making, cross-stitching,  the list is endless -
oh! dont we have so much fun being a crafter!

We have two wonderful sponsors this week with two totally different prizes, first Pretty Little Ribbons who are offering the lucky winner 400 dewdrops in a selection of 8 colours.

The Pretty Little Ribbon Shop is an online store providing a good selection of quality ribbon, twine, seam binding, rubber stamps, embellishments and buttons for all of your crafting needs. We aim to provide a fast, reliable and friendly service to our customers. Small orders and International customers are welcomed. We also offer a selection of special offers HERE.

Next is Digi Doodle Shop offering a $10 store voucher.

Digi Doodle Shop is the results of a mother and daughter’s love for the arts and crafts. It was started a little over 3 years ago with a little more than 100 stamps, and has since then grown to almost 500 stamps. Joy (the mother of this team) designs realistic images, while Judy (aka/daughter) loves the “fun side of life”, and create images with a cartoon flair. Having these two complimenting styles have enabled Digi Doodle Shop to offer a wide variety of stamps.
It is a real honor and pleasure to sponsor this challenge, and we look forward to seeing all the amazing creations. We thank the design team for their incredible creations, and wish all the participants the very best of luck in this challenge. Judy and Joy

These are some of the gorgeous designs that the Design Team have created.  Each of the design team have their own blogs so pop over and have a look at how each one of the designs were made.

I hope that you enjoy this weeks Challenge and Good Luck!  Jo x

Week 137 - Celebration of Nations

Hi everyone, thanks for all your amazing paper pieced creations last week and congratulations to our winner and Top 5! Check out the post below if you missed it, it could be you!!

It's Nicola here today with a new Allsorts challenge which I have chosen to be

Celebration of Nations.

This could mean a celebration of the forthcoming Olympics later this year, or you can celebrate your home country through your creations, ideally incorporating your national flag colours.
I chose this theme as blogging is truly international with no barriers and I wanted to embrace and celebrate the fact that crafting unites us all no matter where we are in the world.

Anyway, I'm getting soppy, so.....
here's what you can win:
our sponsor this week is
