Hero Usage Guide[]
Recommended Teams[]
Raku's skillset heavily relies on his basic attacks, being able to debuff his enemies, strike multiple enemies if they're under control, and reduce the cooldown of his own buffs. He benefits teams that have high levels of Crowd Control that can control the whole enemy team, allowing for Raku to continue hitting enemies and dealing extra damage based on their current health, subsequently executing the enemy with his ultimate "Acorn Cannon" once their health falls low enough.
An incredibly strong partner for Raku is Ezio. Raku can deal big damage to enemies based on their current health, and Ezio can use his "Execution" to finish them off once Raku has lowered their health enough.
However, for the sake of accessibility, the team detailed below will only pull heroes from the main four factions.
Team Example[]
The main objective for this team is to control the enemy as much as possible, allowing Raku's basic attacks to deal that big 15% of current health damage, until they get low enough to where he can use his ultimate and execute them.
Brutus' slot on the team is very flexible, depending on what the player wants to bring into the team.
Hero | Position | Team Synergy |
---|---|---|
Tasi |
Upper Backline | Alongside Pippa, Tasi assists in the crowd control efforts of the team due to Pippa taking on the same effects as Tasi's ultimate. By controlling the enemies, Raku's basic attacks will be able to target them and deal damage equal to 15% of their current health. Overall, control is a primary objective for the team. |
Pippa |
Center Backline | Alongside Tasi, Pippa assists in the crowd control efforts of the team due to Pippa taking on the same effects as Tasi's ultimate. By controlling the enemies, Raku's basic attacks will be able to target them and deal damage equal to 15% of their current health. Overall, control is a primary objective for the team.
Pippa can also teleport enemies onto one another with her "Astral Shift", allowing her to stun them. |
Raku |
Lower Backline | |
Rowan |
Upper Frontline | Rowan's ultimate increases the team's energy and attack, allowing the control effects to stack up faster as well as stunning the enemy team to buy more time. |
Brutus |
Lower Frontline | Brutus adds a layer of protection for Raku due to his invincibility. His "Roar" skill also prevents enemies from dodging and increases the damage they will be taking. Brutus is defensive and offensive in this team. |
Recommended Artifacts[]
Raku benefits from the extra haste provided by Dura's Eye.
Alternatively, Raku can make good use of the artifact Verdant Longbow, which allows him to deal extra damage with his frequent basic attacks.
Investment Worth[]
In order to get good use out of Raku, an investment of +30 in his Signature Item is mandatory. Again, it allows him to deal that big 15% of current health damage. Without this investment, Raku will not be bringing enough damage to the team.
3/9 is a safe point for Raku's Furniture skill. This still allows him to reduce his buff's cooldowns and keep them active. If the player is pairing Raku with Ezio, 9/9 isn't really required since Ezio will be doing the executing in this scenario.
