Coach Rentarō's Hot'n'loving Training (
Summary[]
Rentarou asks the rest of his girlfriends if they’d mind accepting Iku as his newest girlfriend. Iku introduces herself as if she were joining a club, saying that to establish her ranking the others are free to paddle her with a bat, which causes some concern. Rentarou explains that she is a member of the baseball club with a very stoic work ethic, saying that she enjoys pain, which Karane immediately points out that it just makes her a masochist. Rentarou announces that he has something he wants to discuss with everyone, asking how they’d all feel about playing some baseball. He explains Iku’s situation to everyone, and Karane rightfully points out that Hahari could do something about the disbanding as she’s the chairwoman. Hahari however denies being able to do anything as it would be giving special treatment to a club which could harm her and the other’s futures. Rentarou affirms that he won’t force anyone to participate prompting Hakari to ask if he’ll be with them. He confirms that he’ll be supporting them all which ignites all of their motivation to play as it gives them a chance to exercise with Rentarou present. Despite Hahari, Mei and Kurumi being unable to play as they’re not high school students, they all head off to the baseball court to practice.
Rentarou acts as the coach, as per Iku’s request, so he suggests that the group start by playing catch in pairs, after first stopping Kusuri from wearing 2 gloves. Hahari and Karane are paired up together and Karane is throwing the ball a bit too forcefully, so Hahari asks her if she can tone the power of her throws. She does the opposite however after watching Hahari’s boobs bounce around when she returns the ball. Kusuri tries throwing the ball by spinning her arm and yelling, but Nano points out that its inefficient as she receives it, returning it back to Kusuri like a pitching machine. Kurumi throws the ball to Hakari, but she fails to catch it, bouncing off her boobs and rolling away. She retrieves the ball and throws it back. Kurumi pictures the ball like an aluminium wrapped chocolate ball she used to eat and ends up catching it in her mouth despite it not being food. Shizuka attempts to throw the ball to Mei but is only able to throw it a few feet in front of her because she’s not very strong. Mei fetches the ball and goes to throw it back but ends up rolling it after seeing how scared Shizuka is of catching it.
The group move onto batting, with Rentarou suggesting that they get used to holding the bat first before practicing swinging. He has to stop Kusuri from wielding three bats at once, Karane from holding the bat like a weapon and Kurumi from mistaking the bat for a chocolate bat. Once the group start their swings, Rentarou has to assist Shizuka who keeps perpetually spinning from the centrifugal force of her swings.
The group continue practicing until the evening, leaving them all exhausted. Rentarou sends them all home, but Iku chooses to stay behind to practice more. Rentarou offers to stay with her, but she says that he needs to see everyone home and that she’s used to practicing late anyway. The next day, the group walk into school with lots of aches and pains from their training. Karane hears swinging in the distance, and the group find Iku still on the baseball field doing practice swings. She notices them and says hello, before promptly passing out on the floor from exhaustion. They take her to the infirmary, where they express their concerns before the school bell rings and they all head to class.
When Iku wakes up, she spots the time and immediately gets out of bed to practice. Rentarou intercepts her and tries to get her to continue resting but she refuses to do, saying that she needs to continue practicing so she doesn’t waste everyone’s kindness and hard work. Rentarou however points out that class is still in session, something that Iku didn’t notice. She questions why he’s here if class is in session, so he states that he’s been leaving to use the restroom every five minutes so he can check on her, which makes Iku’s heart throb. Because of Iku’s determination, Rentarou chooses to use the “Wait on Iku through the entirety of her training with ice water to keep her temperature down and work myself to the point of collapse before she can do the same, in a loincloth” strategy. Later that evening, after the group have finished practice, Iku tries to send them all home with shaky legs. Rentarou strips into his loincloth at the same moment his girlfriends declare that they’ll keep training as well, which shocks both him and Iku. They heard Iku’s reasoning for working herself to such excess, thanks to Hahari hiding under the infirmary bed, and chose to continue practicing as they are a team. After Rentarou plays off his loincloth as a trivial matter, the group give a cheer in hopes of winning the match.
