Elma: Redux is a Challenge Battle in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Once completed, the player obtains the Alrest Link Relay and is able to use Elma as a Blade outside of the Land of Challenge.
Similarly to Otherworldly Fighter, the music track "Uncontrollable" from Xenoblade Chronicles X plays, and the challenge takes place at the Cobalt Cliffs in the Kingdom of Uraya.

Elma will open the battle by using Ghost Factory to summon three Ghost Elmas, and will recast it every time one falls. As each Ghost Elma has the effect of locking a bar of the Party Gauge as long as it remains on the field, Elma must be hit with Seal Reinforcements to allow the party to use Chain Attacks or revive fallen party members.
