Optical Blast Warlock observer pet ability 40 yd range 24 sec cooldown Instant cast Blasts the enemy with lasers, dealing 0 Shadow damage. If used on a casting target, it will counter the enemy's spellcast, preventing any spell from that school of magic from being cast for 6 sec.
