Game of Thrones: The Spoils of War (2017)
FIRE AND BLOOD!
This episode waa an absolute BLAST!! I was left complrtely speachless by the end, and shocked over the greatness i just witnessed!
The last part of the episode was so overwhelming as I never thought it would be this good, and even agter everything I have seen, and what will happen, it still is great! This is how you imagine it would look oike when Danearys would invade Westeros!
The directing, visuals, action.. the scale of it! Truely on another level! Seeing people getting slaughtered, burned, turn to ashes and then blow away in the wind...
The final battle us nor all that is great however! We still get some emotional reunions and Arya fighting Brienne!
In my opinion, this is last GREAT episode and nothing will reach this level unwards!
Game of Thrones: The Queen's Justice (2017)
The choices you've made!
Now this deason really gets going by delivering the best episode until the following one! Both those are my favorite in this season, tied with the final!
There were some really memorable scenes in this episode, with two female actors delivering the most memorable performances, and the strongest! Lena Hardey and Diana Riggs!
Lena Hardey really nailed her scene with the surviving Sand Snakes! Her bwst performance this season, and perhaps for the rest of the show! She is tense, unpredictable and ruthless in such a satisfying way!
Diana Riggs also nails her scene qt the end! Olenna has always been one of my favorite.characters! She always said what I was thinking in such a savage way, and this Last scene was no exception! Wonderfull!
Arcane: League of Legends: The Message Hidden Within the Pattern (2024)
Cant sleep after this!
Its 3AM at this point and I qm just frozen... sitting in front of my PC, trying to comprehend this insane masterpiece that I just watched!
So much happened in this episode, that I have no idea where to begin! From the very moment the episode starts, you know this will be something special! The animation and colours are just CINEMATIC!! This felt like watching a movie from beginning to end! Just a frame of some birds, were the most beautifull thing I have seen!
This episode heals your soul, only to break it into a thousand pieces, before the credits roll! I am emotionaly overwhelmed, and its like i cant calm my body down! This might be the closest to other TV masterpieces like AOT's Hero or Winds of Winter! Its just one insane unpredictable ride of emotions, twist and turns rhat will never be forgotten!
I am at a complete lost at what act 3 has in store for us, but damn the stage is set for an explosive finale!
Bleach: Sennen Kessen-hen: Gate of the Sun (2024)
Stunning visuals!
The team working on this, seems to have a burning desire to make every single scene and moment look as amazing as possible! Its like average is not good enough, no we have to make it look absolutely incredible!
This episode got back into the action with stunning fights and a nice progession of the plot! Things are set in motion and I am so excited to see how all this unfolds!
The fights in particular were the highlight, cause not only were the animation as incredible as this show promisses but it also gave us some great character moments!
Bleach cour 3 is not slowing down, and is not done showing us just how good everything can look!
Arcane: League of Legends: Paint the Town Blue (2024)
You're a symbol!
Wow what an episode! Those were one of the quickest 40min, cause it felt like the episode only lastede 20!
This was one emotional experience, with so much great storytelling and character growth! Lots of great visual storytelling! After all Jinx has been through, her relationship with Isha really moved me!
We have barely seen them together, but there is something so heartwarming, yet tragic about them, cause how much it reminds us of Powder and Vi! The whole thing added another vulnerable and human layer to Jinx! You don't need dialogue to know how she and Isha feels.. you can see it in their actions and faces!
The animation and visuals are still beyond incredible! Every scene is something of delight!
This was just the first episode in this act, and I am not ready for the next, cause I fear i might get my heart broken all over again!
Game of Thrones: The Winds of Winter (2016)
This is what greatness looks like!!
I have no words in my vocabulary that could due any probber justice or depiction of just how insane an experience it is to watch this episode!
Its an achievement to experience all kinds of emotions on full force within a single episode! This is the kind of stuff that will stick with your mind grever! An experience that is sure to make you cry more than once!
The first oart of the episode is ABSOLUTELY insane!! Everything from the directing, acting, visuals and that killer soundtrack, makes for one of the most rewatchable segment in the entire show!
After all that crazy stuff is over, you would think the episode has peaked.. but oh no... you are dead wrong! Its just one long emotional mind boggling rollercoaster ride of satisfying moments and twists and turns that pays off everything set up from the very beginning!
This is TV at its perfection! This is something you only see once in q long long time!
Game of Thrones: Battle of the Bastards (2016)
The battle to rival all other battles!
Have you ever been to an actual medieval battle? Well this might be exactly how that feels like!
This episode is one if the greatest achievements in TV media history, and truely bridged what you can show in a TV show compared to a movie! This is a CINEMATIC achievement and a Fantasy Milestone!
This episode has about everything! Ir starts of incredible, but then the back half just gets even more crazy to the point where you wish the episode will never end!
This battle is perhaps one of the most brutal and realistic fantasy battles i have ever seen! It throws you RIGHT in the middle of it, as if you took part in the battle yourself! Its bloody, gory, intense, cloustrophobic, anxiety inducing and just god damn EPIC in a way that can not be described, but has to be experienced!
If Helms Deep is the peak of movie fantasy battles, this is the PEAK of TV fantasy battles!
The Penguin: A Great or Little Thing (2024)
This is how you do a finale!
Just because you are the main character, it doesn't mean you are a good person, you are just the hero of your own story!
This finale sure as hell reminded us who Ozwald truely is, and that the penguin sure is a manace to be feared!
I had high Hopes for the finale, do to have great the rest of the season has been, and I was so glad that it delivered on all front, with great writing, acting and a burning need to see how things will go from here!
This show represents how you do a Comic Book show about an antagonist, and proof that it can be done justice!
Colin Farrel absolutely killed it as this character, and this show might be one of the best shows that have come out this year!
Game of Thrones: The Door (2016)
This is where men cry!
This episode makes me tear up every single time i watch it! One of the most emotional experiences in this show!
Much like other episodes, the last 20min ish, is just magnifecent! Like all effort and creative choices went for this scenario! Its hard to describe or even explain! I mean my mind still cant figure out exactly what happened, but Hodor's origin is one of the most heartbreaking scenes in this show! His character just past into legends with this episode!
Stil.. its not the only sad moment in this episode, as we also get Jorah's second banishment! Sansa is also at her absolute best in this episode! Great scene with her and Littlefinger!
This episode sure deserves its rating! It might be overshadowed by other episodes, but this is some of the best and most creative storytelling you can get from this show!
Game of Thrones: Book of the Stranger (2016)
It just keeps getting better!
This season is only getting better, more tense, more satisfying and gives us thrilling scenes that leaves you more and more excited for the rest of the season!
It is around this episode, that I realized that this season is gonna be like season four, with storylines comming together, and pay off to earlier events and character arcs!
We also get some emotional and long awaited reunions in this episode! This really feel like that season that is ment to satisfy and please, which it certainly will!
This episode also had sone great moments of character and you can really tell how far they have come since the beginning!
Now taking back Winterfell is inevatable and I am ON BOARD!! Danearys also shows her strength and power and I cant wait to ser what will come out of this!
Just wow!
Game of Thrones: Oathbreaker (2016)
You must learn!
Another episode that progresses things in an engaging and thrilling way! We get to see some satisfying moments, as well as more set-up for how things will unfold!
Once again Brans storyline has one of the most memorable scenes! The fight here was great, in terms of cheography qnd directing! It really means a lot for something to be pleasing to look at!
It was also satisfying to see a couple of characters get what is coming to them! I did not feel sorry for them at all!
Ramsays storyline also has a memorable moment, as a characters we have not seen in q long time, finally makes an appearance!
One Piece: Wan pîsu: Shanks Kenzan! Choujou Sensou Tsui ni Shuuketsu (2011)
Shanks epic Flex!
This episode really shows just how powerfull Shanks is, in such a great and memorable way!
After all the power we have seen, all the threats, this episode teaches us that there are still powers out there we can only begin to imagine! I mean, when all you have to do is challenge someone, and they refuse to fight, you know rhat they are not to be messed with!
To me Shanks became a legend with this episode! He steals everything in this one episode with his incredible aura! Very few characters can do what he just did!
Also i loved the call back to the beginning of the show! Made me emotional once more!
One Piece: Wan pîsu: Hisshi no Sakebi: Unmei o Kaeru Yuuki Aru Suubyou (2011)
I got chilss!
Holy molybdæn what an episode! So much happened in this crazy ride of emotions, action and intensity! I was on the edge of my seast from start to finish!
This might be one of the best episodes of Marineford, as the pacing was perfect from start to finish! It went from one huge moment to the next without giving you much time to breathe!
Blackbeard shows how Whitebeards power is terrorfying the hands of the wrong person! We get some epic fights and the animation is just perfect! Its clear a lot of effort went into this!
Coby gets one hell of a moment that had me in a mix of tears and chills! He showes us what war truely means!
The there is that legendary ending!
This episode is just amazing!
One Piece: Wan pîsu: Akainu no Shuunen! Luffy o Osou Magma no Kobushi (2011)
Is all hope lost?
This episode really gives off a feeling of defeat and despair in the first half! Blackbeard appears unstoppable as he holds both his, and Whitebeards power all at once, using them to destory everything!
At thebsame time, it seems that all the other pirates are loosing, one by one! All this is perfectly captured by Coby who sees all this senseless fighting!
I loved Jinbeis monent! He refuses to give up, or back down even when faced with a powerfull foe, and he knows that he doesn't stand a chance! Amazing resolve!
From there it seems like the mod changes a bit, and you wonder if all hope truely is lost?
One Piece: Wan pîsu: Show no Kaimaku: Akasareta Kurohige no Takurami (2011)
Its not over yet..
After some insane episodes, with consequences that are sure to be felt and remembered for a very long time, this episode feels like the aftermath of all that has happened!
At first we might be led to believe that this war could be over, but Blackbeard has shown up and he has his own agenda!
He really steals everything in last part! This arc has gon from a feeling of hope, to a feeling that there is no longer any hope left and no sense of victory!
This is also made clear as Akainu shows up, with a promise to stop at nothing!
Animation and fights continue to deliver as always! Blackbeard really looks good in this!
Game of Thrones: Home (2016)
Wow, incredible!
I always love how the first episode of season 6 is this slow aftermath of the previous season as well as some set-up... and then we get this episode which feels crazy in comparison!
So much happens within the span of 50 minuttes that it feels likebwe are supposed to be much further in the season!
The first this episode does right, us that it finally brings back Bran after an entire season where he was abscent! His storyline in this season, is one of my favorite, qnd we already start to get a glimpse og its potential in this episode!
The rest of the episode is equally great with every scene being of importance, characters getting killed off, shifts in power and an ending that will leave you breathless amd completely hooked for whatever else this season has in store!
Game of Thrones: The Red Woman (2016)
The best is yet to come!
While the plot did not progress much in this episode, mostly setting up what is to come, the episode was still eventfull with a couple og memorable moments!
The episode picks up right where we left off in the shocking finale of season five! From there we get emotional moments as well as some thrilling scenes!
I really enjoyed Cerseis scene when she reacts to Myrcellas death! Its her showing vulnerability and actual emotions as she reflects on herself!
Brienne also got great treatment, and the same goes for Danearys who even in chains shows no sign of fear!
Though i always love how the "Sand Snake" comes to qn abrupt end cause nobody liked them in season five!
The last scene gave me "The Shining" vibes.
Overall it leaves you excited for more!
Arcane: League of Legends: Finally Got the Name Right (2024)
Absolutely phenomenal!
I was left completely breathless after this episode, as I had been kept on the edge of my seat for most of it! Everything was on another level, all the way from storytelling, writing, action and twists and turns!
The fight in this episode was just crazy, and one of the most well animated in the entire show thus far! It was just a rollercoaster of intensity and emotions!
The dynamic between Vi and Caitlyn was great too and I got really emotional as Vi told she had nobody but her, as she had decided that Powder was gone for good!
The soundtrack and music in this show is also amazing! It always adds something extra to the scenes and is used to convey information creatively, like that montage in the beginning!
At the end of the episode, I realized that things have only just begun! Now things are about to get crazy and I cant wait qnother week for more!
Arcane: League of Legends: Watch It All Burn (2024)
Great potential!
This second season does not dissapoint at all with its amazing storytelling and character development! Instead this shows potential of being amazing, based on what we have seen thus far!
What really stuck with me after this episode, was the character of Viktot! His character have really developed since season one! His character seems to be one who could ælay a key role at some point, and reveal more of the Arcane!
We also get to see Jinx in this episode, which did not dissapoint either! She is just as I would expect, qnd i just cant wait to see her journey In this season!
The fight was incredibly satisfying to watch as allways! Great animation with some creative weaponry!
Arcane: League of Legends: Heavy Is the Crown (2024)
Quality continues!
Season one was amazing in almost every way, so it is no secret that I was very excited for this season, and from the look of this first episode, it looks like it will not dissapoint!
The writing is just as good as the first season, with themes of war and conflict being portrayed perfectly! After rhe devestating end of season one, the seeds of war have been planted! Now its just a matter of how they will grow!
The visuals are just as impressive, and the animation has only taken a step up.. not down! I love the different artstyles used, to try and show emotions just through animation! Knstead of the charactersbtelling us how they feel, the creators wsnts to show us instead and I love it!
The action is top notch to and does not skip a beat once it gets going!
Now I am excited to see how things will unfold!
Game of Thrones: Mother's Mercy (2015)
A finale of despair and misery!
It really strickes me how this finale had small moments of satisfaction, but mostly leaves me feeling miserable and a sense that everyone is struggling and unanswered questions! Does that mean it is bad? No absolutely not!
This finale was very well made, and might be one of the most underrated and underapreciated episodes if the show! Yes it has some controversial moments and I do remember back when the episode aired, and the final shot was all over the internet! It was a bold cliffhanger to end the season on! .
Other than that this is a rollercoaster of emotions, making you feel happy or excited in one moment and shortly after you are left feeling shocked and heartbroken!
Game of Thrones: The Dance of Dragons (2015)
This one made me cry at least once!
This episode was a blend of beauty and shock! It was emotional and dark, while qlso being visually stunning!
This episode had its moments ts where they really took it far in terms of shockvalue and dark moments that made you feel uneasy qnd uncomfortable as well as despise the characters particepating in the horrorible actions!
The last part once again delivrred an intense and amazing experience with great action! This was the first time we see a dragon in action, and get a taste of how valuable they are in warfare and combat! It was just a really beautifull scene at the end, visually and for Danearys!
Also fun to hear qbout The Dance of Dragons, while House of the Dragon is an ungoing series!
Game of Thrones: Hardhome (2015)
Utterly magnifecent!
There are very few words to describe how crazy things just got with this episode! It goes from nothing to everything! As if all the effort of the entire season went into this particular episode!
This is the episode where we finally get to see the REAL threat of the show in all its horrorfying glory.. and it did not dissapoint!
I almost have nothing to say about the rest of the episode, cause that last half steals everything and everyone!
The whole setting, directing, visuals, effects... just PEAK!! So many shocking twists, reveals, events, cramed together in a battle thats just as much a massacre as it is a fight!
At the end its just chilling silence, as all hope vanishes and you just hear the sound of waves!
Game of Thrones: The Gift (2015)
Things are shapin up now!
Season five has had quite a mixed first half compared to the quality of season four! Some parts i emjoyed, but a lot of the time it felt slow, without much happening, and only sporadic memorable moments, or very dark moments!
However this episode delivers on the promise that we are gonna get some moments that really go somewhere in terms of development and satisfaction! I really enjoyed the scene wirh Sam and Gilly! Its perfect as it should be, as Sams charsacter is put to the test after a loss!
We also see development on Jorah's and Tyrions behalf! You can tell how much he cares for Danearys!
Last scene was so satisfying too! Finally Karma catches up qith Cersei as she will realize that she has no power over people, just because she gave them power!
Arcane: League of Legends: The Monster You Created (2021)
Last 15min is PEAK TV!!
I am unable to think straight after this! What a finale... I have no words! It was beyond anything I could have imagined, In such an amazing way!
This is where everything comes together and I am sure I cried at least once! An emotion experience like no other, as the relationship between Vi and Jinx reaches a crossroad!
The writing is incredible! The last part of the episode is carried by the incredible dialogue. And it was one og the most intense, emotional and unpredictable experiences that only a few TV shows have managed to capture!
The cycle of violence never ends.. season 2 HERE EE GO!!
