Bishôjo senshi Sêrâ Mûn (1992)
The anime certainly doesn't deserve all the hype it's getting
Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon is the worst anime I've seen. Both versions (DiC dub and original) are awful, but I must admit the original was somewhat better, but not much.
Can the girls fight one battle without someone saving them? No. Can they fight a battle without dying? No. Which makes the "heroines" of this anime not so heroic. There's not much action and everything's so predictable, how can BSSM deserve so much hype?
If you would like to see a better magical girl anime, take a look at Magic Knight Rayearth.
Please don't get offended by this review, this is only my opinion.
Magic Knight Rayearth (1994)
A great series
I just saw the 1st 4 episodes of this series and I thought it was great. Mokona's my favorite character. He's really cute. Anyways, this anime series is about 3 8th grade girls that meet by chance at Tokyo Tower on their school field trips. Their names are Hikaru, Umi, and Fuu. Right after they meet, the next moment they found themselves on a giant flying fish. The fish takes them to a world called Cephiro. They must save the land from evil.
Digimon: Digital Monsters (1999)
Give this show a chance!
Come on, give it a chance! Just because the title's similar to Pokemon and there are also these cute little critters that battle and evolve, that doesn't mean they have the same plots. Like the way a few people say American Beauty is a copy of American Pie (which I don't understand, because they have 2 totally different plots) just because the name is similar.
I actually like this show better than Pokemon, even though the animation give me some annoying feeling because of how poorly it's made. Digimon actually has a strong plot and the ending of each episode is different. Pokemon has a weak plot and the ending is always the same.
I recommend that you try this show. You might like it a bit. But if you like to watch shows with really good animation, I recommend Pokemon instead, particulary the movie.
Nintendô ôru sutâ dairantô Sumasshu burazâzu (1999)
Wasn't as good as I thought
I was very excited at getting this game, but after I beat it in less than an hour, I was thinking that flushing $50 down the toilet was probably more fun. The only fun and challenging thing about this game was to unlock the secret characters.
After watching quite a few kids play this game, I decided that 6-10 year olds are most likely to enjoy this game. Some might get obsessed too, you know.
This game certainly isn't worth buying. But if you're really interested in this game, rent it instead.
Stuart Little (1999)
Great movie, but it was short
This is a great movie, but I thought it was too short. But anyways, I still think you should go see it because Stuart is really cute! I think it's a very hilarious movie, but some parts are of it are sad and depressing. I hope that they make another movie about Stuart Little.
