Translated: Peace Code Two thieves with a third partner get caught between two rival king pins when they plan to rob a house. Everyone is apparently corrupt so it seems. Even the military Colonel involved. There is an interesting twist at the end.
Otherwise the visuals are flashy and probably overdone but taking it as an action movie with a basic message and you might be entertained.

A generic action movie about people engaged in the real estate business.
I think every single character is either involved in corruption or crime and has a stockpile of guns.
Competent acting but everyone's always either whispering sinisterly or screaming so it's hard to notice the acting even if it's good. Dark with lots of close shots so you won't get much out of the cinematography either.
There's a twist at the end involving one of the characters, but since no characters are actually developed, I don't think anybody would care.
It has better production values and acting than those made-for-home-video Latino action movies, but otherwise nothing that would really merit giving it a higher rating.
Honorable Mentions: "La hija de un gallero" (2017) is one such made-for-directTV movies that's evwn worse than this one with stilted acting and slow-paced boring action scenes. Even though Codigo Paz probably cost ten times more to make, they're both equally pointless.
