Goofs
Amaro mentions as he's having his mugshot taken that he's "entitled to a call." This is actually a very common misconception -- the suspect is not entitled to anything other than legal representation. Access to the telephone is a privilege, not a right.

It is tragic, dramatic writing.

There is an innocent young girl, an innocent baby in the wild chain of events. Unfortunately, they are victims.

It is one of the historical episodes that also changed Olivia's destiny.
