During the Lisbon van/car chase the passenger mirror of the van is shot out. At the end of the chase Stone uses it to peer at one of the pursuers on a motorcycle.

The first scene in Iceland, captioned Nesjavellir Iceland, is actually in the Westfjords of Iceland near Flateyri on the road between Þingeyri and Ísafjörður.
