Trivia
When visiting houses away from Gold Hill, a number of scenes were the same "house" with and without other things such as green grass, picket fence, etc. This house was built in a polygon shape, with different looks on each side. The house that Ms. Hansen is renting in THE HEIR APPARENT is the exact same side that Ruby Dobbins lives in, when Amos Perry visits her, in GRADUATION. The only difference is the white picket fence and trellis have been removed THE HEIR APPARENT. Another side of the house was used in the episodes EIGHTY-EIGHT KEYS TO HAPPINESS and THE SPY as Mr. Rodman's mother's house.

Goofs
Ms. Hansen is renting a house outside Jackson for a short time while looking for a boy to adopt. But would a renter bring THAT much to a rental house? Her living room is full, including tons of books and a very large picture and train.
