Plot

Two young South L.A. friends, Panther and Ray, flee their lethal gangster existence and head out on their motorcycles for a new life in Washington, D.C. Their adventures on the road, however, are filled with as much danger as fun.

South Central LA. Just out of jail and tired of the gangster lifestyle, Panther (Glenn Plummer) and his homey Ray (Chris Spencer) leave the hood on Ninja-style motorcycles riding cross-country to the 4th of July celebration in Washington D.C.—Anonymous

South Central LA. - Panther and his homey Ray, leave the hood and ride cross-country to Washington D.C. on Ninja-style motorcycles to begin a new "legit" life as barbers. They have many adventures and mis-adventures along Americas highways. A heartfelt buddy film/road movie, Road Dogs is the Easy Rider for the hip-hop generation.
