This motion picture was photographed at the Black-Sea seaside resort town of Constanta, Romania.
Planned for general release for June 30, 1972 the film was withdrawn from theaters, after Dumitru Popescu, the head of the Romanian Communist Party propaganda department vetoed its release.The film was re-released nation-wide on March 26th, 1990,after the fall of Communism in Romania.It was re-released under the category of film "banned by the Communist censorship".
