In Los Angeles television viewers got their first look at it Saturday 6 March 1949 on KTSL (Channel 2), in Salt Lake City Sunday 29 May 1949 on KDYL (Channel 4), and in Cincinnati it first aired Saturday 12 November 1949 on WKRC (Channel 11).

Run Of The Mill Drama

An early British thriller. I wouldn't call it a mystery as it's obvious who the guilty person is from the start. It's a medium paced movie that's just about interesting enough to keep you watching. The acting is pretty good to say that it's only a few years after the silent movies were killed off. A low budget movie so don't expect the major train crashes of Hollywood but it good enough for an hours entertainment.
