Moe Friday
- Editorial Department
- Additional Crew
- Actor
A self-described gadabout, Moe Friday, a Los Angeles native, has taken
a surreptitious route into the world of entertainment. His first
"acting gig" came when he sneaked onto the set of an MTV pilot shooting
on the Huntington Beach shore; he was invited to stay and work as an
extra. Years would go by before he legitimately sought work as an
actor. He spent the next few years working as an wild land fire fighter
and interning for a AAA baseball team while earning degrees in
economics and communication. While Moe was working as a promotional
"street team" member for The Sacramento Rivercats Baseball club he was
discovered by a commercial talent agent. Fluent in Spanish, Moe quickly
booked several commercial spots for Spanish language television. Later,
Moe would move on to roles in Lil' Fockers, and Desperate Housewives,
his first general market endeavors. Upbeat and curious by nature he is
an avid outdoors man and SCUBA diver. He can also ride the unicycle,
play the ukulele, and legally conduct marriages as an ordained
minister; although he is yet to perform all three simultaneously. He
resides in Pasadena, CA and has a home in Guadalajara, Mexico.
