
Exclusive: Meghan Shankar is moving from management back to her agency roots, joining TalentWorks as an agent in their theatrical department.
Shankar began her career at London’s boutique talent agency Creative Artists Management. She joined the Los Angeles agency market in 2015, working in The Gersh Agency’s Los Angeles office, followed by a stint at Domain Talent.
In 2019, Shankar launched the management company 11:11 Entertainment with Laura Gibson and Hannah Roth.
In her move to TalentWorks, she brings with her a roster of clients including Samuel Anderson (Netflix’s Another Life), Nikola Djuricko (Netflix’s Stranger Things), Robson Green (PBS & ITV’s Grantchester), Grace Hogg-Robinson, Jasmine Jobson (BAFTA nominated for Netflix’s Top Boy), Rowena King, and Max Parker (ITV’s Emmerdale), among others.

Exclusive: Myha’la Herrold, breakout star of HBO’s praised drama series Industry, has signed with WME for representation.
Herrold plays Harper Stern in the Lena Dunham EP’d hit banking drama, which was recently renewed for a second season. Industry gives an insider’s view of the black box of “high finance” through the eyes of an outsider, Herrold’s Harper Stern, a talented young woman from upstate New York.
The actress previously played a supporting role in Rashaad Ernesto Green’s Premature. She also appeared in an episode of Amazon’s Modern Love opposite Julia Garner.
A graduate of Carnegie Mellon’s School of Drama, Herrold’s stage work includes the role of Nabulungi in the Broadway tour of The Book of Mormon.
She continues to be repped by Laura Gibson and Hannah Roth of 11:11 Entertainment.

Talent manager Laura Gibson has left Generate and has teamed with former talent agents Hannah Roth and Meghan Shankar to form the talent management company 11:11 Entertainment.
Gibson started her career at UTA, was an agent at ICM and spent the last six years in management at Generate. Roth spent the last twenty years at Buchwald working as an agent in both their NY and La offices. Shankar started her career at Creative Artists Management before moving to La where she worked at Gersh and then Domain as an agent for the last three years.
