Valorie's background is in the Theatre. She has worked on Broadway,
off-Broadway and many Regional theater's around the country. Valorie
was a member of an international Theatre Company in Wroclaw Poland at
the famed Lab Theatre and worked closely with Zbigniew Cynkutis from
the Grotowski Company. She also worked with Joe Chaiken on a female
version of "Tooth of Crime". In 1995 Valorie worked on the
world-premiere of "Moon Under Miami" with John Guare.
Valorie and her husband Chef Gill Boyd moved to Los Angeles in 2003. She holds a BFA from the Goodman School of Drama at Depaul University in Chicago. She also teaches acting in Los Angeles.
