English: A 'uitsmijter spek en kaas': Dutch for a couple of fried eggs (in this case 3) with bacon and cheese. The bacon is first put in to the pan with some butter, then the eggs (sunny side up) fried over them and all this is topped with young Gouda cheese and fried until the cheese has molten. Served with sliced brown (whole wheat) bread, it's a very filling lunch on a cold autumn day.
It is a kind of fast food served in many Dutch lunch rooms, cafés and canteens.
