  If you hurry on over - Click Here!   You might have a chance to win this cute little stamp -!!  Emma  is calling it her 'Gorjuss Give-Away'!  GOOD LUCK!!

~~~~~~~~
    I also wanted to post two cards I have finished up and these will be the last for the month of April.  WOW!  I can't believe how fast the times flies by.    Here is my latest 'Color Combo' Challenge card and also my 'Copic Coloring' card, which were both created for challenges over at Simply Scrapping Crafts.
  I also made 'paper flowers' that you see in the picture above.  I made mine, by using a Stampin Up - 'Scalloped Punch'.   I bought mine from my friend, CINDY, who happens to be a Stampin' Up Demo.  If you LOVE Stampin' UP products, I highly recommend you visit Cindy's blog (Cindy's Ink) for Inspiration, or if you simply want to SHOP, then please visit Cindy's SU On-line store -- HERE!
  I started by picked up some matching papers and punched out about 20 circles.  Once I had them punched, I carefully  'scrunched' they all up from the outer edges toward the middle.  (I've learned since that if you have very stiff paper or cardstock and you slightly mist the paper", it's a lot easier to "scrunch" them.  Just keep in mind you only need a little water and a fine mist, so that you do not rip your paper (cardstock).  Once they are all scrunched, open then up and placed them in a pile (you'll need 6-10) per flower, depending on the thickness of your paper.  Once in a pile, I pierced a hole through the center of all and then placed them all carefully onto a brad.  Once you open the brad and they are secure, you then start with the top layer and 'scrunch" them up again toward to center, until you are happy with the shape of your flower.  You can make them various sizes, based on the size of the punch you use!   They are very easy and work wonderful with double sided paper.
   If you want more details, I found this great You Tube Video by Dawn, and she will take you step by step and you can see how easy it it.  You can also start with a very plain paper and color it, ink it or even paint it.  You can also add glitter or a glimmer mist for more sparkle.  The possibilities are endless, yet they are super FUN!
   ENJOY and HAPPY CRAFTING!!
The Cuttlebug Spot
..This is the first time I have created a card for a challenge over at 'The Cuttlebug Spot', but I hope it will be the first of many.   I found about this fun challenge over at 'The Daily Dare', which is a fabulous blog that lists all kinds of craft challenges on a daily basis.  If you LOVE challenges, this is one blog you will want to visit often.
   I originally came across the site about a month ago and I immediately became a follower and added it to my bookmarks.  It's a blog I now visit daily and really enjoy.  My special thanks to Deb Felts (the owner/writer), and all her wonderful contributors for creating and maintaining this awesome blog!!  It ROCKS!
  After find this new challenge I was eager to get started on a card and knew it would be fun, because I am such a fan of sing my Cuttlebug.  For this card, I used it along with Embossing Folders and also three different Spellbinder dies to cut my floral shapes.  I love the whole concept of the challenge and was happy to join in.  The prize is also a really good one and I would be thrilled to win it!  It's a $50 gift certificate to 'Simon Says Stamp' and we all know how much I love Stamps.  This is my card that I created in my favorite color for the 'Favorite Flowers' challenge.
  Cardstock - Bazzill Swiss Dot & American Crafts
  Patterned Paper - Basic Grey-Green at Heart
  Mini Rose by Prima
  Spellbinder's - Tulip Pendant, Scalloped Circles,
Flower Creations 2
  Cuttlebug - Plum Blossoms - Embossing Folder
   If you want to join in, then HOP on over to 'The Cuttlebug Spot' for all the details.  I LOVE my Cuttlebug; it's my favorite craft tool and I use it every time I craft.  I have a feeling this will now become one of my favorite challenges blogs!  Yippee!!
Another Chloe Card!!
....I have NO clue what HAPPENED to the images that I had posted earlier?   Hum?  I think Blogger must be having some issues, since I have now seen a few other blogs that have missing images too!  Hopefully, it will be resolved and they will be back here soon, but just in case, this will be a brief post!
   This is my third card for the day and this is another card I created with another adorable 'Chloe' image from Pink Gem Designs.  This is my card that was submitted this week's Copic Challenge over at SSC --
   This is 'Chloe in Rain' and rain is pretty much all I have seen here the last few days, so it fit in perfectly.   My thought right away was 'April Showers - Bring May Flowers', and I really do HOPE that May flowers and some nice warm sunshine will be here very soon!  Our April starting out wonderful, but this week has been lousy...very cool and chilly.  Today, we finally has sun again, but it's super windy and still chilly.  I didn't expect to be this cold at the end of April.....!  Bring on MAY!!
  Bye bye for now....
Two new challenge cards....
....After a rough start this week (another darn Fibro Flare), I am happy to be feeling a bit better and found some time to finish up two cards that I had been working on for challenges.
    The first, (and my favorite), is for this week's Copic Colour Challenge, which you can find HERE!.  The colors for this week are - B02 - BV02 and YG03 and we are on Challenge 62 !
    I really enjoyed the colors and I think they worked out well, with my image.  It's one of my newest and is a super cute Digi Image from Meljen Designs, which you can find HERE!  This was really a fun card to make and although it's very clean and simple - I like it!
  My second card is for this week's Card Corner Challenge over at Simply Scrappin Crafts and the challenge was to make a SPRING them card using (4) of the colors from this inspiration image --
  For my card I started with another fun and cute digi image, and this sweet little turtle, is known as Shelly and she is from Digi Stamp Boutique, another of my favorite digi stores.   For my colors,  I chose - Pink, Green, Yellow and Blue and this is my SPRING card.
   In the end, I am NOT overly thrilled with this card, but happy that I did meet the challenge.   There are so many challenges I wanted to join in on this week, but now I am very behind.  Such is life with Fibro and I hope that the warm weather we have coming in, will make me feel a whole lot better!
  I'm off now to work on another card and hopefully will be back later to post more.   My next card will be for the Weekly Copic Coloring Challenge also over at SSC.  If you LOVE coloring with Copics and want to join me, then HOP on over to Copic Group - Click Here!
    Happy Coloring and Happy Crafting!!
The Pink Elephant Challenge....
  Today I finished a new card for "The Pink Elephant"  challenge, which you can find HERE!!   If you are interested in taking part in this week's challenge, then think - AQUA - and pink out your favorite aqua paper or your favorite Aqua markers and start creating.
   I started my card with a new stamp and she is known as "Chloe" and ss from Pink Gem Designs.  Pink Gem Designs is a wonderful online store I discovered over the winter.  I feel in love with the stamps right away and was thrilled when I found out, that Janet,  (the owner/designer) has many US customers and was very happy to ship to the US.   There is a also a currency converter on the main page and she accepts PayPal, which makes ordering a breeze.   The store has wonderful items and a huge selection of wonderful stamps.   Janet has also recently started offering some great digi images .   She also carries a new line of markers, called ProMarkers which I am trying out and so far, they are really nice.  They are more popular currently in the UK, and are are often used along with Copics, as they are both alcohol based.  I tried the skin tone set and a pastel set and I really like the colors.  I played around with them this weekend and loved the fine tip, especially for tiny areas.  I'll bet you'll start to see them more and more in the US too and for those who find Copics simply too expensive, I think these are a great alternative or nice to use along with your Copics too.    If you have never seen or tried them, please hop over to the store and you can find them here!
    My newest stamp is "Chloe on Swing" and you can find here Here!!   And this is little Chloe all colored in shades of Aqua for the challenge --
   I think this is such a sweet image and had so much fun coloring her that I actually stamped the image three more times and colored her in three different ways.
  I'll save these and use them for more cards soon, but I am curious, to find out what your favorite color theme is?  Do you like Aqua, Pink or Blue?
   I'm off to now to rest a bit and then may see what other challenges I can find to work on this week?  If you know of any FUN ones, please leave me a comment!
More Amazing Blog Candy -- !!
 ...Crafters are such wonderful people....they all seem to be so kind, caring and very generous and it seems many LOVE to share.  I know that I have sent out many packages or RAK's to friends and I always LOVE to share goodies with a new crafter.  I also had a contest on my blog a few months ago and gave away my first batch of Blog Candy.
     And speaking of Blog Candy, there seems to be a whole LOT of wonderful batches around lately and I hope to put together my own new batch very soon.  But, in the meantime, please go over and check out FreckleFace's "Sugar Free" Blog Candy and her wonderful blog - Click Here!!  This is a picture of her wonderful treat --
   Pretty nice, don't you agree!  How would you LIKE to win ALL that, I know I would be thrilled, and I am certain whoever does win, will be a very happy crafter.  I wish EVERYONE lots of luck and I hope that Debs will continue to share her wonderful cards and creations with ALL of us!  I hope you will all time some time to look at all the wonderful creations that she has posted on hr blog.   Debs is another amazing crafter with a lot of wonderful talent.  Thank you Debs for sharing your artistic skills with us and thanks for your very generous blog candy treat!!
   As always -- Happy Crafting.....
A wonderful Blog !!
....In all my travels around Blog land, every so often I come across a blog or a card that I absolutely LOVE and today that blog is Jodie's Blog Jodie from Oz - which you can find HERE!  The first thing you'll want to do is look at her adorable banner....it's amazing and I just LOVE the image and the colors.
   And next be sure to browse around and check out all her wonderful cards.  This one ''Make a WISH" is one of my favorites....can you guess WHY?  LOL!  I first saw it over that Magnolia Down Under Challenge Blog and feel in love with it.  I then hopped over to Jodie's' blog to leave her some love and was even more surprised to find out she is currently hosting a wonderful - Blog Candy Giveaway -  that you can find HERE!!   Amazing isn't it - This is a picture to share so we can all HOPE we might be the lucky winner--which would be awesome.
  This is the first time I have ever seen an entire sheet of Magnolia Images, and I am guessing this is what you receive when you pre-order one of the kits from The Magnolia Stamp Club.    I have been thinking of ordering the Summer Kit and found out that you can buy it for just about $53  USD plus shipping ($4-$5), however you have NO idea what you'll get, but you will be the first to receive the images.  It's a big savings too!  The only downside, that I found is that your account will be charged right away, so it's best to wait until closer to the release, so you are not paying too far in advance.  If this is something you might be interested in, then hop on over to the Magnolia Web Shop in Sweden - (Click Here), and check out all the details.
  But before you do that,  don't forget to visit Jodie's blog and check out MORE of her wonderful creations.  I think you may want to check out this fabulous card.  WOW!!  Isn't that another  stunning card and it looks like this is the card that was used in Jodie's blog banner.  I'm very impressed and totally inspired to practice, practice and keep practicing with my card-making and my coloring!
   Good LUCK and Goodnight!!
Adorabe Digi Stamps -- MelJen Designs!!
   As most of you know I have fallen in LOVE with digital images and I have been finding all kinds of wonderful stores online to browse and shop for them.  One of my best finds has been Meljen Designs and the wonderful images created by Melissa Jenkins, the owner/artist.   I was so happy when I found her store and even happier to find out she was having a Customer Appreciation sale - Here are more details on the sale!  Enjoy!!
   I have already been over and bought quite a nice selection of images and was thrilled to find out that there is also a Meljen Challenge and Inspiration Blog, which you can find HERE!!    I LOVE challenges, so once I had my images I went back to check out what the challenge is for this week and I found it's -- Challenge #4 - For the Little One - and this is the card I created today to submit to my first Meljen Challenge!!
    If you LOVE this sweet little image and if you want to buy it, it's called "Rag Rabbit Trinkets" and is from the newest release, which is called "Stuffed with Love".    All of the images are wonderful and super cute.  I had a really hard time deciding what to choose, but with the sale, I was lucky to be able to buy even more.  Yippee!    If you like them as much as me, then hurry on over and start shopping.  They are all so adorable with you sale, you may just want to buy them all.
   Happy Shopping and as always, Happy Crafting!!
Happy Sunday!!
....I can hardly believe how fast this past week has gone and to think it's already Sunday.  WOW!   Where does the time go...it's already almost the end of April and hard to believe that May 1st is next weekend.  But, I am very happy that it's Spring and I love that winter is pretty much behind us now.
   Our weather has been much warmer and we've had some nice day.  Today, however is not one of the best, so it will be a nice day to work in my craft room.  I have a few challenges I'd like to try and have one card done for the "Anything Goes" challenge this week over at Just Magnolia.
  This was a fun card to create and also a great way to practice coloring shades of blue for my Color Me - Creative Copic Class.  I really LOVE the classes and totally enjoy my homework...imagine that!!  I have found that coloring is really quite relaxing and is  wonderful on my bad Fibro Days, because it's something I can do and generally, doesn't cause more pain.   I feel very lucky to have found this hobby and I am very thankful that most days I can craft!  It's such a blessing!
   I'm off now to color some more and enjoy a quiet Sunday!  I hope all my friends are having a wonderful day!
Hugs and Happy Crafting!!
Copic Colour Challenge!!
   After a nice shopping day and then "two"...not one, but TWO thunderstorms, I am back on-line now can finally upload the two challenge cards I finished this afternoon.
  The first is for this week's Copic Colour Challenge which you can find HERE!.  It's Challenge 61 and these are the colors for this week -
  Mimosa Yellow YG00, Tender Pink RV13 and Pale Grape 91, all colors that own, which makes it much easier for me.   And this is my card that I am submitting for the weekly challenge that I created with little Isabella a digi image from Bugaboo Stamps
  If you LOVE digi images and want to see some really cute images, then HOP on over to Bugaboo!   You can even TRY one or two of their images for FREE - Click Here,  how awesome is that!    I really think they have some super cute stamps, and I especially love the "Bugaboo Brats" and this cutie is from that collection this is little Isabella.   I have used her several times for my cards and she can be colored in any color to match a paper for theme!   I colored her dress in RV13 and V91 and colored her blanket and hair bow inYG00 and other contrasting Copic Shades.  The background papers on this card are from Basic Grey and SU and actually scraps!!
   My second card is also for a Color Combo Challenge over at SSC and the colors for this challenge are - Dark Coral, Light Coral, Gold or Tan.
   You must also incorporate a gem or some glitter into your project.  You can find more details HERE.   This is my card for this weeks's challenge, which for some reason, looks a whole lot more pink, but it is truly coral in a few shades...please excuse my photography --
   If  you are NOT yet a member of Simply Scrapping Crafts, I encourage you to join the group.  It's fun and very friend "challenge" group, open to all crafters and has a huge variety of challenges to offer.  There is also an awesome Copic Coloring Groups, which includes instructional videos and challenges.  It's really fun and a great place to learn about Copics or to enhance your skills.  Another of my favorite group is our "Secret Sister" Group and also our "Trade/Swap" group.  There is something for all and if you enter any of the challenges, you'll be entered in the the monthly drawing for a fabulous price!   Judy, (the owner/creator) and all of her Design Team are really friendly and lots of fun.  I joined shortly after the group began and I LOVE it.    Here is the link that will take your directly to the Main Page -- Click Here!
  I'm off now to have a little dinner and put away all my goodies from my Spree today!   I had a wonderful day, but I am now wiped out!!  Luckily, I can SLEEP in tomorrow and have ALL weekend to craft and rest!  What are YOU doing this weekend???
An Awesome Day!!
   Today was a really fun and busy day.  I was up early to do the morning chores and then get ready to head out shopping with Alex.  Our main goal was to pick out and order his Tux for his Senior Prom and it luckily the "Gentlemen's Warehouse" in our area is also in the same Mall as A. C. Moore.  There is also a Michael's at the same location, so it was a perfect chance for me to pick up some supplies and also shop for sales and bargains.  I also LOVE to browse the clearance section and see what 'goodies" I can find.  Shopping for any NEW Craft things is always a blast for me.
   I found some great bargains at both stores, but I think one of my best deals was my buying my first set of Koh-i-Noor Pencils and to use my 40% off coupon at A. C. Moore.  I also picked up to stamps on clearance and two stacks of DCWV cardstock, also on sale there and my total bill for $18.47!  Woohoo!  At Michael's I found a new 3/4" square punch by EK Success,  a new wooden "friend"  stamp and lots of embellishment goodies, ie. glitter, bling/gems, some pretty charms,  flowers and brads, and everything I bought was on-sale or clearance!  WooHOO!    I also found a Canson "Manga" Coloring Paper Pad (150 lb.) in the Art clearance area and that will be awesome for using with my Copics.   In the scrap paper section I found some really pretty "single sheets" on sale an two new stacks, both by My Mind's Eye and also on-sale.  The best part was having a 20% off coupon, good for my entire purchase, including sale items.  I  took full advantage of that and the sales.    I was hoping to get some 12X12 Mats for my Cricut, but BOTH stores were out, which was kind of odd?  I also wanted to buy the Paper Pups cartridge, if available for a good price, but again, it was out and the price would have been $39.99, which is too much for me.  I'll keep looking on eBay for that.   The rest of my things, were little items and a couple of things for RAK and Secret Sister goods and those will have to remain a surprise.
  Next, was our stop into the Tux store and that was actually very easy, since we had gone online first and found we we wanted.  Alex picked out a nice Black Tux, a white shirt, and will be wearing a very deep purple tie and vest.  We had a ribbon that exactly matched Acacia's dress and I think the vest/tie will be awesome.   As it turns out, renting Tux's is a whole lot more than I had imagined and it his will be jsut aobut $140 for the night.  He can pick it up two days early, but its' due back the day after the prom by 8PM.  I'm sure that will be an exhausting day and hopefully they both can make a trip to return it.   I can't wait too see how they both look all dressed and I really hope to get some nice pictures.  I'm still stunned at how expensive it is for these kids to attend a Prom.  Yikes!!  It was $160 for the tickets, plus we still have flowers to order and a Limo to rent and that doesn't count Acacia's dress or shoes and having her hair and nails done.   It's sooo much money, so I truly HOPE they have a wonderful night and a ton of fun.  After Prom here, they will be heading to the YMCA, and will stay for night and can go in the Gym, Swim or watch movies....it's fully chaperoned and sponsored by the parents and the PTO.  I think it's a wonderful idea and allows the kids to be up and out all night, but in a safe place.  They are NOT allowed to leave without parental consent and will be there until 7AM.    I HOPE all the kids take this opportunity and really have fun and stay safe!! :)
  We are now safely back home, and I have been finished up a few cards for challenges that I'll post shortly, as soon as a nasty "Thunderstorm" blows through and is OVER...Yikes I hate storms...they scare me!!
Two more challenges...
   Today I entered two more of my cards into challenges and the first challenge is over at the Simon Says Challenge Blog - and it's the "Things with Wings" challenge and this is my card that I am submitting to the challenge --  it's one of my favorite new digi images and also colored with my Copics --
  And still on a Purple theme, my second card is for the "Weekly Card Corner" challenge over at Simply Scapping Crafts and the challenge this week was an "Inspirational Image" challenge and our image is this one --
   As soon as I saw the image, the very first thing I though of was planting pansies and even though it's still a bit too early to plant here, I knew I had some pictures from last year.  I had taken some pics last Spring of my gardens and some of my flowers and I have used a few of the pansy pictures to make some simply photo cards, and that was exactly that I wanted to do again for this challenge.  I found the pictures, cropped and printed out one of the images onto matte photo paper.  I took that at cut it into a scalloped oval and added a second scalloped layer in a lavender and purple stripe.  I picked out some matching purple ribbon and the simply created a purple card base and my card was done.    This is my finished card and the one I am submitting to the challenge!!
  I really LOVE how it came out and the purple is very pretty!  I HOPE my pansies to this well this Spring and I hope to plant some very soon.
  I'm off now and working on two more cards, one is for the Copic Coloring challenge at SSC, which you can find HERE.  And, the second is for a the Copic Color Challenge which you can find HERE!!
Today's Card & A NEW Digi Store -- Meljen Designs!!
    After ALL of my work to get my craft room organized I didn't have too much energy left, but I did finish this one card, but right now I am SO tired....I forget what challenge I made it for???
    Here is the card and when my 'Fibro Fog' leaves and my member returns, I'll update this post and link you to the right challenge!  :)
     I made this card using this cute little "Princess" digi stamp which came from  DigiStamp Boutique.
   This is a fun little card was really fun and it all started with a cute digi image and my Copic Markers and now that I am posting it, I remembered that I created this card for the "No People" - Challenge 14 - over at Paper Sundaes.     And the bonus was that while  I was visiting the Challenge Blog, I found a link to a wonderful new Digital Image store called Meljen's Designs, who is actually sponsoring this challenge.  And I would I love to win some more of the wonderful digi stamps from this great store.  I was thrilled to run over and already bought my first few MelJen images, which are adorable.   I also found out that the owner/creator of these adorable images is Melissa Jenkins and I was very happy to find her blog and also to find out that Meljen has a challenge and inspiration blog too, which you can find HERE!!
  Melissa's art and drawings are awesome, exactly the style that I adore.  If you have fallen in love with digital designs, then you'll want to visit her store HERE!   If you want too see what I bought, then check out these wonderful images -- Smile BugNight Time Bear and  Faith Hope Butterflies and that was not all, aren't they wonderful?  And after you visit there, be sure to hop on over to the Meljen Store blog, where you will find some adorable  "Freebies".   The designs are all fabulous and I am working on my first card now using a Meljen Design.   I colored some this afternoon, and will work on cards tomorrow and one will definitely be for "Challenge 3 - over at the MelJen Challenge Blog.  Yippee!!
  I'm off now to get ready for to watch one of my favorite shows -- "Dancing With the Stars"....hope you ALL have a good night and as always -- Happy Crafting!!
A great day to organize and create....
   Today, has been a nice day, the SUN is shining and the temps are MUCH warmer!  It's nice to to have to keep turning the heat up or run an extra heater in my craft room.
    Today, I spent a lot of time organizing in my craft room and I also re-arranged some of my "stash" again.  I had been on a little craft 'shopping spree' the past couple of weeks.  Now that most of my packages have arrived, I wanted to take time today to get everything organized and neatly put away.   I like all of my craft things to be neatly organized so that I can easily find things and make sure to use all my wonderful products.  I had placed a Stampin' Up order with my friend Cindy, last week and today it arrived.  I've been slowly buying all their ink pads and I really LOVE the DU dye ink sets and want to eventually have all the colors to complete my collection.  As of today, I have the Bold Brights  Rich Regals and today my Subtle Pastels arrived.  The are such a nice quality Dye Ink and I LOVE all the fabulous colors.  ALL three sets fit perfectly in one drawer of a nice unit that I have next to my desk.  I love how you can "store" them in the their original boxes, and simply take out the whole box to find your matching colors.  I also had ordered a couple of designer paper packs from the Clearance Rack and two of the SU Brand Glue Pens after hearing rave reviews on them.  If you love SU and are looking for a wonderful demo to shop with, I can highly recommend Cindy.  She's a dear friend and a very talented crafter.  I was thrilled when I found it she was going to be sellig SU, as I had also wanted it, but didn't know anyone who sold it!   She's awesome...just check out her website and you'll be impressed!
   Once I finished putting away my SU goodies, I worked on organizing my Cricut Cartridges, after receiving my "Stand on Salute" which I won on eBay last week.  In the past few weeks, I've been very lucky on eBay and won some awesome cartridges and also a  second Jukebox, all for great prices.  I LOVE a good auction win and eBay is where I always go first for ALL my Cricut Cartridges.   WooHOO!   I now have 2 Jukeboxes connected  together and it's great to be able to cut from 12 different cartridges without having to change any out.   I can even use my Design Studio and put 12 different shapes (one from each cart) on one 12X12 page, save it and then simply make sure I have those (twelve carts in the Jukeboxes, and cut it over and over and over without having to changes ANY carts!  I had one before with six, but 12 is even better and saves a ton of time.   The other carts that I have recently won and LOVE are -- "Sentimentals" and "Create a Critter".  The only cart I still would like to get soon is "Just Because Cards" and maybe Paper Pubs, since it is going to be retired soon.
   Another order that arrived today was from one of my favorite stores and that was a box of goodies from  Susana's Custom Art and Card Design.   I bought some "new" goodies along with some favorites that I needed to stock up on.   Two of the new products I ordered after watching some new "stamping" Tutorials by Marti Willis over at the "Through the Craftroom Door"  website.  This new site is fabulous and is open ONLY to those  who subscribe to the "Through the Craftroom Door" Publication, which just released it's first issue on April 1st.  It's a wonderful new craft magazine co-written by Marti and Suzanne Dean and the website is a bonus for all the subscribers.  If you are interested in ordering the magazine and having access to the website, then please click  HERE!    I get both the PDF file and the Hard Copy and really enjoyed the first magazine.  I'm also happy to say that Marti is an awesome Stamper and very good with her Cricut Expression and she will start offering "Cricut Expression" classes very soon over at the Color-Me Creative Classroom.  The same classroom where Suzanne offers her Copic Coloring classes.  They also plan to continue to expand the classroom offerings and I am thrilled.  I am a current student in Suzanne's Level I and II Copic Classes and I LOVE them!  I'm a huge fan of Copics and Suzanne has always been one of my favorite designers.   It's been a blast to be in the classes, to learn from her and also be part of a fun new group!    I've met a lot of my "craft" friends in the classes and already made a few new friends too.  Sending a SPECIAL HELLO to Lisa, Reni and Linda - three very talented ladies who also enjoy the classes and who all LOVE their Copics.
    It was after a CHAT last week and I placed my order from Susan's to try  "Vanilla" Smooch"  based on Suzanne's and Anari's recommendation and I am also trying "Tack and Peel" based on one of Marti's videos.    I also stocked up on some Star Dust - Stickles, a new set of Prima Stamps, to use with my Viva Pearl Pens and some more, of the wonderful Prima Roses and a a new "White" ink pen to use with my Copics.  Shopping at Susana's store is always a pleasure and I have been shopping with here for quite some time.  Susana (not to be confused with Suzanne, although they are awesome friends) is a joy to buy from.   She ships super fast and  packages with great care.  She has some wonderful products, especially the exclusive Stamp lines that you can find ONLY at her store.   I can order on a Friday and as long as I get my order in early, it will be delivered on Monday and to me that's awesome, as the store is on the West Coast and I am on the East Coast. Now that is excellent service and everything is always in perfect condition.  Thanks Susana!!
   So as you can see I had a very productive day.  I also started working on some challenge cards and have one I will upload shortly.  Right now...I'm beat and ready for a long hot shower...some quiet time and then will be all set to watch tonight's episode of "Dancing With the Stars"!!
Another FUN Challenge!!
...My most favorite stamps lately have been Magnolia Stamps and I have truly fallen in LOVE with some of the newest images, yet I still enjoy using some of the older images too.  This card is a card I created using a "Masking" technique.   It will be submitted to Magnolia Down Under for "Challenge  42 Masking"today.
   I have also submitted this card for the "Create A Scene" challenge over at Magnolia Stamp Lovers.  I created a mask of the "Fence" and the "Butterfly Floral" images in the background, behind the lovely Miss Tilda.  It was a fun card to make and I hope to try more, using the Masking Method.
    If you have never tried masking, you can find a fun tutorial by Stephanie Barnard, over on You Tube - simply Click Here !!  Another good one you can find HERE, by Jennifer McGuire, one of my favorite stampers!!
  Hope you try it and HAVE FUN!!!
Fun Christmas Card Challenges!!
  One thing that I really love about card challenges are the new "Christmas Card" challenges that I have found this year.  It's really kind of fun making a Christmas Card every week and what's even better will be how nice it will be to have so many done early this year.
  My latest card is once I created for two challenges and it's made with a really cute Digi Images from Pink Cat Studio.    This cute image is know as Lily (Riding a Polar Bear)  and it is one of my favorites.   This is my card that I created with little "Lily" --
   My card was created for Challenge 14 - Santa Paws - over at the Bah! Humbug! Challenge Blog, and it was also created for Challenge 20 - over at the Christmas Card 2010 Challenge Blog.
   If you love cards and want to get an early start on your Holiday Cards, I hope you'll join in.  I also know of two other Christmas Cards Challenge blogs that you might like - One is called - Susan and Vikki's Christmas Club and the other is Winter Wonderland.  I hope to find more time to make a card for each of those challenges too and may try to create ONE, that I can use for both.  I wish NOW, that I had peeked there first, because if I had, I could probably have added a few touches to this card and made it work for ALL four challenges!  Silly me.
   If anyone knows of any other "Christmas/Holiday" Challenge blogs, please feel free to leave a comment and the blog address for me!  Thanks and Happy Holidays!!
A Little About Me
My photo
Purple is my favorite color and ironically - Purple is the Awareness Ribbon color for Fibromyalgia, a chronic illness I lived with for over 18 years. In, March of 2015, I was diagnosed with Stage IV Lung Cancer which had spread to my brain. I am fighting hard to win this battle and determined to beat it. I have a amazing Oncology Team, along with the LOVE and SUPPORT of all my family and friends! I am a Mom to two grown sons, Alex is now 25 and married to Acacia, my wonderful new "Daughter" and the parents to my precious Grand-Daughter Harper, and Brian amazingly is 30 and now lives in San Diego. My boys are the greatest loves of my life. Hubby, me and our two "Pups", Skye and Zeva, two adorable Chiweenies we rescued in 2012, all live very happily in a tiny coastal town in Massachusetts. We lost our dear "Scoutie", a Purebred Dachshund, in April of 2015. I still miss him and will forever cherish his memory. I am an avid card-maker and totally love every minute I can spend in my craft room. It's become my passion, a wonderful way to relax and is my form or "therapy".
