A Decade In the Making.
This week Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 and former Sweet Sketch Wednesday are celebrating our 10th Anniversary for being in Blogland.
We congratulate Arlana Patten who started
Sweet Sketch Wednesday and Arlana encouraged both her sisters to join her and the first posting was on 9th June 2009. Arlana, Nancy and Judi stepped down from Sweet Sketch Wednesday in December 2013 and on the 1st January 2014 Sweet Sketch Wednesday became
Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 which Sally Dube took over the running, later when Sally got busy with her family and grandchildren she also stepped down and our lovely
Anne Puddicombe took over the running of SSW2 which you all know and love today and I became the master of sketches and I'm celebrating 9 years with SSW and SSW2 this month.
Here are Arlana's and Nancy's cards they made for that first posting on 9th June 2009 which was a Tuesday.
A few weeks ago I sent out an email asking our lovely threesome to join us in the 10th Anniversary Celebrations, so today you'll see the work of two of the three sisters. Unfortunately, Arlana is unable to join us as her and her husband are shifting house and Arlana extensive craft room was all packed up and ready for the shift. I know Arlana will be thinking of us all today and we'll be in her thoughts.
Firstly I would like to announce the winner and our Top 3 from last fortnight.

Our Sponsor is
A Day for Daisies
It saddens me to read on Facebook that Tammy is closing down
A Day for Daisies
after 10 years at using her wonderful images which I know we'll all miss. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Tammy for being our ongoing sponsor over the years which we've all appreciated and we wish her well in her new artistic adventure.
So this is our last chance to celebrate ADFD wonderful images as well.
We'll also have a lovely selection of images for you as a prize this month.
So before she closes don't forget to pop over and grab those last minute purchases.
It's time to see what everyone has created
