Sekieiken (赤影拳 Sekieiken?, "Red Shadow Fist") is Kage's second V-Skill in Street Fighter V.

Description
Executed by pressing Medium Punch and Medium Kick simultaneously, Kage leaps forward and performs a diving punch with his fist surging with energy. This move bears a strong resemblance to Oni's Sekisei Jiraiken.
Tactics
Sekieiken works similarly to Chun-Li's Hazanshu. Kage leaps high in the air, allowing him to jump over fireballs and avoid other attacks, such as throws. The move's range can be increased by holding forward. It can also hit the opponent after they are knocked down, as long as they do not perform a quick or back rise afterwards. Kage is +1 on hit on +3 on Counter Hit, which allows him to follow-up with Crouching Light Punch for a decent combo. On block, he is only -2. Kage builds a little bit of V-Meter, regardless if the attack is blocked or hits the opponent.
If Kage's first V-Trigger is active, then his second V-Skill becomes enhanced, receiving a slightly faster startup, longer range, and a 40 damage and 50 stun increase compared to the regular version. Most notably, an enhanced Sekieiken launches the opponent, allowing Kage to follow-up with a Shoryuken for more damage. While his V-Trigger is active, Kage can cancel EX Kurekijin, Hadoken and Shakunetsu Hadoken into his second V-Skill. If airborne, he can cancel into Sekieiken from EX Airborne Hadoken or Kurekijin, adding more hits to the second V-Skill. However, performing this move while in V-Trigger consumes about half of his V-Gauge, giving him no more than two usages.
His first V-Skill can trigger a Crush Counter hit and gives Kage a single-hit of armor while performing. However, his second V-Skill is more useful in the neutral game. It can leap over fireballs and other moves, while attacking the opponent at they are recovering.
