A.X.E. is one of Twelve's special attacks in the Street Fighter III series.

Description
Executed by performing a quarter-circle backward motion and pressing or tapping punch, Twelve transforms his hands into blades and flails his arms around. The attack can be used on the ground or in the air, and can hit up to five times. The punch button pressed determines the damage caused, which is greatest with heavy punch, and the start-up and recovery times, which are quickest with light punch.[1] There is also an EX version which combines the best of both.[1]
