The Back Spin Kick (バックスピンキック, Bakku Supin Kikku^?), also known as the Roundhouse Kick,^[1] is an attack which first appeared in Sonic the Fighters.

Description[]

While Sonic is in the air he quickly turns around to deliver a quick and heavy kick attack with the sweetspot being his shoe to launch enemy fighters away.

In initial versions of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, it had 18 frames of landing lag. As of version 2.0.0, the leniency of the attack was shorten to 15 frames.

Trivia[]

• This attack can slightly push Sonic to the opposite direction of the kick.
