Robotnik Jr. is a character that appears in the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog television series. He is a Badnik created by Dr. Robotnik to be his son and carry on Robotnik's legacy after he passed away. However, Sonic the Hedgehog would end up befriending Junior and turn him against his father.
Appearance[]
Robotnik Jr. is depicted as a smaller, younger version of Dr. Robotnik. For attire, Robotnik Jr. wears a skin-tight body suit, like his father. This suit is cut into four sections by a yellow cross, with the two top sections being red, the bottom sections black. He wears gray gloves and red boots.
Instead of a mustache, he has orange Mohawk hair, as well as his short, red nose and a sprinkling of freckles under his eyes, which are black with piercing scarlet pupils, and they jut out from his head.
History[]
Through Sonic's efforts of trying to make him choose for himself, Robotnik Jr. continually denies that Scratch and Grounder are after him. It was only after a freak accident that he does decide to change sides, and saves Sonic's life. Much to Robotnik's displeasing, Robotnik Jr. ditches him and decides to fight evil. When he's recaptured by Robotnik to try and figure out why he turned good, he falls in love with Breezie, and the two are able to escape, thanks to Sonic and Tails’ help.
Powers and abilities[]
Robotnik Jr. has the ability to extend his legs to make himself very tall. He is also a skilled marksman with spit balls, and possesses some mechanical skills, able to set up a remote-controlled trap door.
