The Echidna Security Team HQ is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It is the main headquarters for the members of the Echidna Security Team led by Constable Remington.^[1]

History[]

Remington took Knuckles and Julie-Su to the EST HQ soon after Echidnopolis reemerged on the Floating Island. Once there, he had Knuckles delivered to Hawking via a trap door, where Hawking explained to Knuckles some of his personal history with the Dingoes and how the conflict between the Echindas and the Dingoes ultimately led to nuclear fallout polluting the Floating Island, forcing Hawking to eventually created the Hyper Zone Projector and moving both the Echindas and Dingoes to alternare zones in order to avoid the pollution.^[1]

Once Hawking was done with his explanation about why Echidnaopolis had suddenly shown up, he took Knuckles to show him a statue of Edmund that was in a nearby room. While in the middle of another speech, the EST HQ was hit with a large shake, powerful enough such that it knocked Hawking out of his wheel chair, although he did use his Chaos powers to help himself back him. The two echidnas went to a nearby room with a monitor displaying live footge of Echidna Towers, where Knuckles saw his mother being held hostage.^[1]

Meanwhile, upstairs, Julie-Su was sitting around with refreshments when the EST HQ was attacked by Dingoes, after which Remington instructed Julie-Su to leave the building with him, as he wanted Julie-Su to act as Knuckles' representative.^[1]

Later, Knuckles and Remington would visit the prison cell that was holding Dark Legion leader Kragok.^[2]

The EST HQ would later be destroyed along with the rest of Echidnaopolis during Dr. Eggman's attack on Angel Island.^[3]
