Football Association of the Czech Republic

The Football Association of the Czech Republic (Czech: Fotbalová asociace České republiky; FAČR) is the governing body of football in the Czech Republic. It is in charge of the men's and the women's national teams. The association was founded in 1901. It became a member of FIFA in 1907 and UEFA in 1954.

During the formation of Czechoslovakia, it was known as the Czechoslovak Football Association (Czech: Československá asociace fotbalová; ČSAF) from 1923 to 1993 and was controlled the Czechoslovakia national football team.
