Sid Haig
American actor (1939–2019)
Sid Haig (born Sidney Eddy Mosesian; July 14, 1939 – September 21, 2019)[1] was an American actor. He was known for starring in two Rob Zombie movies House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects.
Haig was born on July 14, 1939 in Fresno, California. He studied at the Pasadena Playhouse. Haig married Susan L. Oberg in 2007.
In early September 2019, Haig was hospitalized after falling at his home in Los Angeles.[2] While recovering, he suffered from a lung infection.[2] He died on September 21, 2019 from cardiopulmonary arrest caused by COPD and bowel obstruction at the age of 80.[3]
