Denopamin je kardiotonični lek koji deluje kao agonist beta-1 adrenergičkog receptora.^[5] On se koristi u lečenju angine^[6] i potencionalno može da nađe primenu u tretmanu zatajenja srca^[7] i čišćenja edama pluća.^[8]
