August Challenge!

Its Time to Say Goodbye to some of Our Design Team AND HELLO to some New Friends

Hello STB Fans,

This is a sad post because it is where we say good bye to some of our Design Team. These girls have not only inspired you for the last 6 months and been a wonderful support to me. I am sad not to be able to have them with me for this next leg of our STB journey. I hope you take the opportunity to follow there links as they move down their individual creative paths.

This girl is the personification of cool! From the pink tips of her hair to the colours of her layouts. I was lucky enough to meet her in person at the Brisbane Expo to be pleasantly surprised that she speaks my lingo. She is the so generous and hardworking I don't know how she does it all. Some people you just click with and Krisy is one of those girls.

Once upon a time there was a beautiful and lovely stay at home mum called Heike with four growing up kids, one son in law and three grandkids. She lived with her love of life in the oldest city in The Netherlands. Her great passion for MixedMedia scrapbooking made her known in the world. So it was not surprising that from another country a lovely lady called Amy asked if she would like to be again a part of the design team from STB. Oh what a happiness to act with this amazing talented ladies. She is now already dreaming of layouts which she wants to make. ......They lived long and happily together until january....

I have been scrapbooking for many years, as evidenced by my well-organised large stash and shelves full of albums! My life is always about the balance and juggle – as I divide time between my gorgeous family (husband and 3 girls), my rewarding work (full time as a Speech Pathologist) and my "me" time (Scrapbooking and Jujitsu). I have worked on a variety of Design Teams as well as Teams for challenge blogs over the years and have been published in Scrapbooking Memories. I love to use patterned papers, but also combining mixed media to create interesting backgrounds. Embellishment clusters are part of my signature style!
