Today was the Ranger Warehouse sale whoot whoot!  I always love going there and in the past I am usually the first in line and today I was number 20!  Yikes, I guess more and more people want to get in…lol  So, I wanted to share my shopping haul with you: 

Usually, the line is past that trailer!  They did let us in 15 mins early because it was chilly this morning.

I created this canvas for the Lindys Stamp Gang challenge and for a swap.

The photo on the left is Heidi Swapp’s Bat Mask and some ephemera from Michaels.  I sprayed the right with alcohol inks to create my spooky tree.

Painted gesso on the canvas and used Claudine’s matte gel and sprayed with ink mixture.  I always hate to cover so much of the canvas…lol

I sprayed the bewitched on the left hand corner and never did use the flowers. 

Here I added the “Glow in the Dark” skeleton rib cage and on the right you can see how I twisted the paper towel to create the tree. 

Here you can see where I sprayed the Lindy Gang’s “My Mojito Green” on the bat mask.  Certain ways you look at it you can really see the bats.  Then, I also, sprayed the tree with Lindy’s Stamp Gang Spray Dark Chocolate Truffle.

I made her shoes and added glossy accents to make them appear as leather.  Then, I can’t believe I didn’t take any more photos… bummer!  I got so involved in creating the dress I forgot to take pics on the rest…lol  So, here is the finished canvas. 

 

So, hard to try to take a picture of the glow-in-the dark rib cage.  It really does look so, cool using the glow-in-the-dark texture paste.  (I hope it doesn’t scare her kid  ;o). 

So, you can see I added some glitter stickers to the side.

Love my Spider Queen~!  I hope she likes it I really had a spook-tac-u-lar time making it.

This week on Try It On Tuesday is Halloween and we have some great digi images from Smeared Ink.  I choose the bunny for my Halloween tag using Teresa Collins new Halloween collection “Masquerade Party”.

Haven’t had a chance to show you guys the canvas Dawn made for me and her cute card.

Today on Try It On Tuesday the challenge is using textures.  I added these pages to my mini Dylusions journal.  I used texture paste, gelatos, rub-ons, stencils, stamps, white and black gel pens.

Oh My Gosh!  The Zombie Walk in Asbury Park was awesome!  This was the first time I have ever gone and it was amazing some of the costumes people made.  This year they were trying to break the Guinness Book of World records.  The count they had to beat was 8,027 and they did it!  They had 9,552 Zombies!  I was only there a few hours so, can only share a fraction of the people who participated:

How amazing were those!  Have a great week.   One last photo, I wish I could have had my video working for this one.  He was actually crawling the whole boardwalk.
