This is the new line from Little Yellow Bicycle Collection~Boardwalk.  Gabby when she was 10 months.  My little bathing beauty.  ;o)

Here is another layout I did over the weekend using their other collection Free Spirit.

This picture was take in Sept. 2000 in New York City,  I wish I could remember why they had cows all over the city dress differently.  One of my other favorite things are cows.  :o) Hard to see but she has embroidered dragonfly’s on her jeans.  Have a great week and thanks for stopping in.  Hugz, Z

Our Rush Project was to take this photo:

I wanted to make something I could keep on my desk so, that I could see it always. 
When, I was in Arizona at Melrose Vintage I purchased this frame stand. 

Here you can see the butterfly on the left, the cute tiny angle sitting on the right corner,  3 sheer roses  sewn on a vintage doily, some pink vintage ribbon and a prima lace butterfly.  Here is a closer look: The other part of the rush is that we take a photo with our project.

And I placed it here to always admire.

I participated in this party last year and it was so much fun to see everyone’s creative space.  The one thing I really loved looking at last year where people’s inspiration board.  I have been meaning to create one, but just haven’t got around to it.  Maybe, for next year’s party.  LOL

Well, My entrance to my craft room is the same as last year:

I still love my pink sewing machine and my heart chair.

  I still love my little file cabinets for my obsession of prima flowers.  Here is a closer look.

Next, remember last year I converted my daughter’s old video shelf  holder into my cricut cartridges storage.  Well, now instead of just one, with all the new cartridges that have come out this past year I have two now.  LOL

Now, last year I showed my dinning room table as where I created my projects from:

  Last year everyone want to see a better picture of my round window, so here it is:

 

My Yuki use to sit in front of this window and now it is my new creative space.  I love being able to look out the window.

I have to give a big THANKS to my girlfriend Diana, who use to own a scrapbooking store and gave me these two tables from her store.  I just love them!  It is so nice to work in this little area, although, most of my stuff is upstairs.

Here is where I use vintage lipstick holders to hold my stickles that I use often.  My sizzix that I use a lot are kept in these storage holders.  The lamp I started to cover with pictures from our trip in Paris.  One day I hope to finish covering it totally.  It is hard to see but it is in the shape of the Eiffel tower.

Here is where I have my Expression, Quickutz revolution and my silhouette.  I keep my wires, cats eyes, glue dots, tape runners and embossing folders in these drawers.  Love my black and white garbage can. 

Love, love, love my pink cuttlebug.  My stickle hold made from an old golf ball shelf.  I picked up the two pink tattered angels holders at TJ Maxx.  Here are some of my projects I worked on:

I can’t believe it has been one year since I started on this journey!  This blog world that I really didn’t know anything about has been the greatest blessing for me this past year.  With Gabby off to her first year of college and I was feeling lost.  But, one by one each one of you have filled my empty nest and I’m sooooo grateful for each and every one of you!   The parties, swaps, giveaway and especially YOU! 

I have to thank my hubby for my great blog name, Geralyn, Marlene and Toni for pushing me to start my blog.  So, I wish I could give each and everyone of you a gift, but I could only make one.

This is the first and second page.  I used prima flowers, flourishes, and ribbon.  Hand stamped little bees and used a little metal rose for decoration.

Wow, can’t believe I have finished this challenge for Let’s Get Shabby so early! LOL This challenge was all about paint, chipboard and lace.

I took prima’s embossed chipboard and painted it with Tim Holtz’s crackle distress tattered rose.

It’s hard to notice the love birds at the bottom of the page, just love them. I inked the edges with cat’s eye. I hand cut the fabric to make the dress and the lace is in the flower and butterfly wings.
