Henry David Thoreau
Henry David Thoreau (Julie 12, 1817 – Mey 6, 1862) wis an American essayist, poet, philosopher, aboleetionist, naituralist, tax reseester, development creetic, surveyor, an historian. A leadin transcendentalist,[2] Thoreau is best kent for his beuk Walden, a reflection upon simple livin in naitural surroondins, an his essay "Civil Disobedience" (oreeginally published as "Resistance to Civil Government"), an argument for disobedience tae an unjust state.
