Time Out #180

Hi Crafty Friends,

Time for a new challenge at Time Out and it is our 'Inspired by Words' challenge and the words are:


What a great quote...especially for now when most of us are stuck in doors!
Remember you can use any of these words or the whole quote to inspire you to create.

Here is my take using the whole phrase:

CASology #382

HI All

Time for a new challenge at CASology

Our cue word is:


I struggled with this one but had a look through my stash and came across this die of a young girl and boy holding hands....uniting them!

So it was easy to make this quick card-just popped on the die-popping it up on foam pads and added this sentiment!

Still lots of white space!

Time Out #179

Hi All

Welcome to the first challenge of 2021 at Time Out and this year we thought we would have some fun and get to know you all better! And we can't think of a better way to do this than for you to make a card to show us. So we challenge you to be:

You can interpret this in whatever way you want.....perhaps you want to be 'You' by showing favourite style of card making. Or perhaps you have another hobby that you can show us on your card-gardening, cooking, sports and the list goes on!! How about your job? Your favourite books, movies....'you' can mean just anything that tells us something about you in card form.

We are excited to get to know you better!

I went for a CAS card and just stamping-as we all know that is my love. But I also wanted to show that I love nature and walking in it and seeing the seasons change-so that is why on my card the leaves change colour

CASology #381

Hi All

Time for a new challenge at CASology and the cue word is:


And my take:

I did have another card for this but then was watching a Christmas movie set in London and saw all the Christmas lights-along one of the main streets in London they have huge Angels that change colours, it is a stunning view. Every year hubby and I go into town to see all the lights. But with covid this year, no trip.....a cherished memory and let's pray that next year we get to see them!

Hugs From Us!

 Happy New Year!

I haven't crafted for a long time. Mojo on hols!

One of my close Family Members has Covid and is not doing so well and there is nothing I can do for him so this is the ideal time to make a card-at least this lets them know you are thinking of them. 

When Mojo is low I find making a card for a reason helps....mojo not back but I was pleased I made this and do like the clean look of it.

I went my super CAS way and made this:



I think this says it all!

I used the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches for the design.

We may not all be able to hug right now but send you all virtuals hugs
