Digi Choosday Week 5

Today is the start of a new challenge over at DIGI CHOOSDAY, as always it is an ATG challenge, but the Design Team are always given a little challenge/Theme and this week we are using Die Cuts.

I have used the adorable Miss Kelly Von Sweets from the Winnie Sugar Sprinkles Collection, Which I have coloured with Pencils on Kraft, using both Prisma and Polychromas Pencils.



I have used several dies on my card as follows:-

Fern - Sue Wilson
Banner - La-La Land
Layered Mats - Spellbinders Grand Scalloped Ovals


Finished with a hand tied Bow and some sparkle gems.

Digi Choosday Week 4

For this weeks DIGI CHOOSDAY Challenge the Design Team were given the theme "Foliage & Flowers" bur remember to enter it is always ANYTHING GOES.

I have used one of the design sheets from Winnie Fruit Punch.

I printed and then cut all the elements on my Cameo.

I have never used a design sheet before and I was a bit lost, but once I laid all the bits out, it began to come together.
I picked which items to use and with the others, I cut hearts from the patterned parts.

I decided to add a couple of die cut mats and a matching backing paper.

I am really pleased with how it turned out and will definitely be using the design sheets again.

Me Time

Morning everyone, today is my first DT card for Colour Crazy Challenge, which I am so excited to be a part of.


We are all about colouring and you are free to use whatever medium is your weapon of choice.

I am using Copics today with an image called 'Air Fresh Fiona' by Doctor Digi.

I chose this image, because I really relate to it, being a working Mum, the only me time I seem to get these days, is on the loo and I have been know to wander in fully equipped with my IPAD (hangs head in shame), but hey a Mums gotta do what a Mums gotta do!!






































I used backing papers Sweet Owl,  by First Edition,  I used the Silhouette Studio to create and cut my Sentiment and also added a little Glossy Accents to her Glasses.

Wedding Bells

Welcome to a brand new ANYTHING GOES challenge at DIGI CHOOSDAY.

On the Design Team we were given the theme ROMANCE, well what is more romantic than a Wedding.

For the last few months I have been working on Wedding stationery for my Brothers Wedding this Summer, so I thought I would use this Challenge to make the Wedding card.

The image is from Work & Play 9 - Love & Kisses.

I started by recolourising the paper to fit in with their Wedding colour theme, Purple is case you couldn't tell.

Then I cut a lovely arch from the Silhouette Store.



I used Copics to bring them to life and embellished with elements that will be used at the Wedding - Butterflies, Crystals and some Clay Roses I made and painted.  I covered the Veil and dress with clear Sparkle pen - but alas it never shows in Photos :(


Hopefully it will tie in nicely with the Stationery I have created for the day (heres a little peek).

Winter Wishes

Yay, it's Tuesday, so time for another fun ANYTHING GOES challenge at DIGI CHOOSDAY.

The DT were given a theme of 'Winter Wishes'.  I was all ready to make a card, when I realised I needed a little box to put some chocolates in for a last minute additional Christmas pressie for my son.

So after scouring my Silhouette library, I found a cute cardboard, no glue, mug.


I cut the base in white pearlescent card and assembled.

Once that was done I measured the sides and cut one of the papers from Octavia Frosted Winter to fit.

For the front facing panel, I merged the cute snowman from Winnie Winter Land and coloured him with Copics.


I cut the sentiment on my Silhouette and threaded onto a craft straw and to finish filled with chocolate balls.

I also wrapped in cellphone and tied with a bow, but stupidly forgot to get a pic.

Now the chocolates are all gone, my son has his Pokemon cards sitting in there, so double use.

Thank You

HAPPY NEW YEAR to all my crafting friends and team mates, hope you all had a lovely Christmas, how fast did that go?

It is time for our first DIGI CHOOSDAY challenge of 2017.

As always it is an ANYTHING GOES challenge but the DT were given the theme 'Thank You'.

I chose to use some of the lovely stamps from two of the Stamp ME sets (Summertime & Daisy Days.


I started by masking off a triangle, then spraying with ink and also Gold Kuretake Tambi Gansai paint.

Once dry I stamped my image and coloured with Copics and also added some Bronze Stickles to the centre.


To finish I added a fussy cut Butterfly also coloured with Copics and a sentiment from the Silhouette Store.
