Digital papers

A very simple card today but I am happy with the outcome.  I used digital papers as well as a sticker - see I said it was easy...(lol)

This is Frame Set 3 from a digital company called "The House Across the Bay".  They have some really neat images.    I used black for the mat, along with Bazzill Walnut Cream (love that colour) from One Crazy Stamper.   I embossed the cream cardstock using SU square lattice folder.  Edges of the frame were distressed with Tim Holtz Pumice Stone.   The sticker is an old K&Company Tim Coffey Grand Adhesions I picked up at Walmart.   Pop dots were used on the frame.

TFL, and enjoy your day,  Hugs Pat

Sweet Pea White Peacock

Hello,
Hope everyone is having a great day enjoying the winter sunshine.
We had a lovely visit from Tom, Julie and the grandkids today.   I got some much needed lessons on photoshop from Julie....and she is a saint - very patient and a great instructor....so thank you again Julie XXOO.  Everyone will benefit from the knowledge you have shared with me today :)...now if only I can remember it all (lol).

I do have a card to show you that was done using a stamp from Sweet Pea called Ching Chou Kuik's White Peacock.    Note the lovely shading around the pic....that was my last lesson for today and I love the effect..:)

Hello everyone.  Hope you all had a great Christmas,
It was wonderful to spend time with family!

Here is another Christmas card I made this year.   It is a Mo Manning digital stamp.   Coloured with Copics,  green ribbon from Michaels, flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts.   DP from Websters Pages.  Christmas seal is a Lily of the Valley, UK

Ragged Angel

Happy Sunday,
Every Christmas I have a favourite image and this year is no exception.   I so much enjoy colouring Mo Manning's Ragged Angel.   I've tried using different colours and here is one of my favourites.

I kept the card simple because I wanted the image to be the main focus.  Hope you like it.

Coloured with copics, stickles on her wings and tiny snowflakes.  I used one of my fav SU folders "Square Lattice" and mounted on some blue sparkly paper I picked up at Target 2 years ago....bit of a paper hoarded I am (lol).

Swiss Pixie Through the Night

Oh Happy Day :)
I've been a member of Splitcoast Stampers online community since 2009 and up until last week had never posted any of my work.  Well since I started a blog I've been on a roll - gotta keep learning new stuff right (lol).  I've now posted 3 cards and can't stand the excitement.  2 of my cards were named Favourites. (This is a way for SCS to give recognition to some of the standout creations posted each week.)  Waaaahooooo - Can't stand myself (lol)!

Here is a card made with a CC Designs Swiss Pixie digi called  "Through the night" and "Trees.

Mo's Urchin with Bird

Good day folks,
Busy day today but I managed to get some cards done.   I need to put a fire under me to complete all of them by this weekend.    John and I went to see our granddaughters dance last night and what a treat that was.  Miss London did so well, very comfortable on the stage for sure.  And Lauren, well she is a little star.  The teachers all praise her ability and love having both girls in class since they are attentive, kind and well mannered.   Kudos to their parents....and enough "bragging on em" from Nanny. (lol)

Jules this is for you - the original left the house already so here is a new one.  Hope you like it and thanks for the request.  Couldn't get a great pic today as the sun had gone down by the time I finished it.

Here is a close up of the colouring.

...and a little more Mo

Happy Monday,
I'm still in a learning curve with blogger but we will overcome!
This card was made with Mo Mannings "Winifred".   I do love the "vintage" look of her.

Just a little Mo

Hello everyone,
Hope you are all having a wonderful Sunday.
Here is Vera's Christmas card - it's now safe to post because she has it early - not my usual last-minute ...yeah!

I used one of Mo Manning Digital stamps called Christmas Lhasa Apso.   He sort of looks like Vera's dog Benji.... but more like our old dog KATE (who would have torn the hat off and ripped it to shreds).

Paper:  SEI Silver Valley 6x6 pad
Coloured with copics
Tools:  Sewing machine, bow easy, stipple brush
Embellishments:  Stickles, metal corners from Wild Orchid Crafts
