Happy Easter!

Hi Everyone


No card from me today but just wanted to wish you all a Happy Easter. 

I apologise for not being around much at the moment.  Lots of stuff happening at home which I will tell you about another time but just means I can't spend much time in my craft room and popping round to see you all!

Having said that, I will be back tomorrow with two cards, so I will see you then!

Elisabeth Bell's World - Animals

Hi Everyone

I am back today with a new challenge over at Elisabeth Bell's World.  This week we are sponsored by "Whimsy Stamps" and the winner will receive 2 of the new rubber stamp  March releases.  The theme is:

"Animals"

So please use any Elisabeth Bell image which features an animal!

Here is my card:


I have used "Ginger Meadows" which you can get from Whimsy Stamps here.  She is coloured with copics and the papers are Carina Gardner Studio - Flourish.  I have used dies from Die-namics - Fresh Cut Grass, Memory Box - Catalina Border and La La Land - Filigree Corner.  Then I just added some pearls and glamour dust.

Good Afternoon Everyone

I hope your weekend is going well. I am feeling depressed as its my first day back to work tomorrow after my holiday :-(  I had a wonderful time and the weather was a LOT warmer than it is here!!  Can you believe this weather??!!  

Anyway, not going to think about that. I am going to snuggle up warm and watch a movie this afternoon.  Before I do that I wanted to share a card I made earlier using a pre-coloured image from the Hobby House:




She is of course an image from Wee Stamps called Hopeful and she is from a set of pre-coloured images from Hobby House here.  I have had these a while and really love the colour combination.  I have used my favourite of all time papers - Maja Designs and this set is Vintage Summer Basics.  I have used my new memory box precious hearts die.  The flowers and pearl swirls are also from the Hobby House.  There are a few more flowers on this than I would normally use, do you think they look ok?!

OK that's it for me today.  Going to settle down to watch my movie, and then roast beef dinner later!! YUMMY!!!  May also look at hotels to book for my next holiday!!

Decoupage - Moving Along With The Times

Good Morning Everyone!

This is another scheduled post for me.  I was due back last night but have scheduled this in case I forget!

We have another challenge at Moving Along With the Times and our Kim is the hostess.  The theme is:

"Decoupage" 
(Traditional or Stamped Image)

Here is my card:




I have used another Uptown Girl from Stamping Bella and she is called Bunny and her Daffodil.  I teamed her with MME Six by Six - Happy Day papers.  I have added felt flowers  using my Die-namics Flower Trio and Cheery Lynn Mini Fanciful Flourish.  The grass is also felts and is Die-namics fresh cut grass.  

I have decoupaged her dress, the egg and the daffodil.  Here is a close up so you can see it in better detail.

Sweet Sundae - Digi Bells!

Hi Everyone

Another scheduled post.  I hope you are all well.

Today I am sharing a card for the Digi Bells Blog using another gorgeous digi image from Elisabeth Bell.  The image I am using today is Sweet Sundae.  Here is my card:



 

I have coloured her with copics and used papers from Echo Park - Everyday Eclectic.  The dies are La La Land Heart Banner and a Magnolia Heart border die.  The sentiment is from Stampavie called Sweet Wishes which I thought was a perfect sentiment for the image.

Digi Bells Blog Hop!

Hi Everyone!

This is my first scheduled post.  
I currently away sunning myself in a much warmer climate than the UK at the moment!!  Rest assured I will be lounging by the pool with a cocktail in hand!

Anyway, I am here for another, very exciting, Digi Bells blog hop!  The new image is just gorgeous!  She is called "Merry Weather" and you can buy her now in the Elisabeth Bell's Digital Gallery.

I told you she was gorgeous!!  I have used papers from Bazzill Basics called Vintage Marketplace.  The dies are from La La Land Filigree Corner; Die-namics Photo Corners and Cheery Lynn Mini Fanciful Flourish.  I have added some glamour dust and pearls and mulberry flowers from the Hobby House.  

I hope you like her!  So now you need to head off to the wonderfully talented Susan.  If you get lost then head back to the main blog and start from there!

Wee Bunnies!

Good Morning Everyone!

Yippee, its the weekend.  Hope you have lots of lovely things planned.  I have a busy day ahead so was up and about early this morning!  

I had the urge to make a spring time card the other day.  I think because the weather is so cold and grey I wanted to get the feel of spring from somewhere!  I have used a pre-coloured topper from Sylvia Zet which is called Suzi with Bunny which you can get from the Hobby House here. 

Here is my card:





I love these pre-coloured toppers from Hobby House, and they have loads to chose from with some of my favourite images!  I cut her out and added some glamour dust to bling her up a bit.  The paper is from Nitwits and is called Brumlebury Too.  I have used my new Die-namics Button Border die which I have been itching to use!!  The flowers and swirl pearls are also from Hobby House too.

The Hobby House are starting their own challenge blog soon, can't wait!

Sugar Bowl Challenge

I'm back again!  This time with my card for the brand new challenge at the Sugar Bowl.  

The theme is 
"Anything Goes" 
but you MUST use a Sugar Nellie image.

Here is my card:



 

This gorgeous image is called "Cassie's Rendezvous" which is part of the Home Grown range which you can get from Funky Kits.  I really enjoyed colouring her, she is so pretty.  I have used Maja Designs Vintage Summer papers.  The dies are Die-namics photo corners, Memory Box Fresh Foliage and Whimsy Stamps Picket Fence.  I wasn't too sure about this when I first did it but it has grown on me!  I do love her though!

The Birds and the Bees!

Good Morning!!

Is your week going well? I am hoping this week goes quickly as off on holiday next Wednesday!! Cannot wait!  

I have two posts for you today.  The first one is my card for the brand new challenge at Moving Along With The Times.  Our Judith is our hostess this week and the challenge is:

So here is my card:



I have used the gorgeous "Sunflower Buggies" from Meljens Designs.  This was such fun to colour.  I let the image and the paper do the talking!  The paper is "So Happy Together from Echo Park.  I then just added some felt flowers, glamour dust and pearls. Easy!

Little Lamb

Hi Everyone

I am popping in today with a card for the Digi Bells blog.  I am using Little Lamb which you can get from the Elisabeth Bell Digi Gallery here.  Here is my card:





She is such a sweetie, don't you think!  This would make a lovely Easter/Spring card.  I coloured her with copics and used Maja Designs paper pad.  The dies are Die-namics Photo Corners and Memory Box Fresh Foliage.  I then just added some glamour dust, pearls and some punched butterflies.  I hope you like!

Stylish Audrey!

Good Afternoon Everyone!

How is your Saturday going?  The sun is shining here although still a bit chilly!  I have plans to do a major sort out in my bedroom this afternoon, I know half way through I will regret it but I know I will feel good when its done! 

So before I head off, never to be seen again, I wanted to post a card I put together last night.  I have been dying to ink up this gorgeous new Uptown Girl image from Stamping Bella - this is Audrey Loves Her Make Up:





I dream of being as stylish as this!!  I have coloured her with copics and used paper from Carina Gardner Studio - Flourish.  The ribbon is from my stash and the sentiment comes with the stamp.

I wanted to join in with the Designed to Color Birthday Bash which is currently taking place and the first challenge is to follow a Tic Tac Toe board.  I have used Purple, Ribbon and Bling (the bling is on her hat, bag and shoes!). 


I also wanted to join in with Bellarific Friday which this week is a sketch and also Bellatastic Tuesday which is "Make it Pretty".
