Haki[]
Can we add armament haki to Raisin's powers? In chapter 897 on page 10, we see that, as he unsheathes his sword, he imbues it with haki (there are black frills around the edge of the sword). It's not too far-fetched, since he IS the son of a Yonko and the use of haki isn't too uncommon in the new world. Thoughts?

It's definitely haki. Same effect as when Zoro imbues Busoshoku to his swords. Should be added. Awaikage Talk 22:08, March 11, 2018 (UTC)

I'm positive it's haki. We know that haki can remain in weapons (such as the arrows of the Kuja tribe) and the frills in the abovementioned panel look very unambiguous. Bounty[]
In chapter 845 and episode 809, when the army appears, someone says that there are such big bounties that he cannot even count them. For that we assumed that Opera, Mont-d'Or, Galette and Amande have bounties, but Raisin is also with them in the foreground, so I think he also has a bounty.
