Tomokazu Abe is a planner at Nintendo who joined in April 2003. He started as a sound engineer with his first work being The Legend of Zelda: Navi Trackers, where he was in charge of recording and editing all of the clips by the voice actors. Afterwards, he was in charge of sound effects, BGM and sound programming on Polarium Advance.
Since then, his work has mostly been involved with sound programming and sound effect design on various titles at Nintendo SPD. He was also a project manager for Animal Crossing: New Horizons, as well as a game designer on Splatoon 3.
