Tetra's Ship is a large ship belonging to Tetra and her pirate crew. It plays a significant role in the events of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker and The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. It is used as a brief transportation mean in The Wind Waker and as Link's main home from the end of The Wind Waker up until they discover New Hyrule, 100 years before The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks.
History[]
The Wind Waker[]
The ship is first seen at the beginning of The Wind Waker after the Helmaroc King stumble upon Outset Island after kidnaping Tetra. The Helmaroc King is pursued by the pirate crew in the ship and is eventually shot down by one of its projectiles.
After Tetra is saved and Aryll is kidnaped by the Helmaroc King instead, Quill convince the pirates to take Link to the Forsaken Fortress with their ship. The ship is then encountered at Windfall Island where Link learns that the pirates are searching for Nayru's Pearl. Link sneaks aboard the ship and steals a Bomb Bag to use at Outset Island.
The ship is then seen after Ganondorf's defeat. Link decides to go on a long journey with Tetra and the pirates in order to find a land where they can recreate Hyrule and fulfil the last wish of Daphnes Nohansen Hyrule.
Phantom Hourglass[]
Tetra's ship is only seen in the opening and closing cutscenes in Phantom Hourglass. It is explained that Link joined the pirate crew after the events of The Wind Waker, and set sail with Tetra in search of "new lands." At the end of the game, Link and Tetra get back on board the pirate ship, and it is assumed that they set sail for more adventure.
Super Smash Bros. series[]
The pirate ship appears as the central platform of the Pirate Ship stage. The stage itself has appeared in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. The pirate ship is also featured as a trophy in Brawl.
Brawl Trophy[]

- A ship commandeered by Tetra that sails to the far corners of the deep blue sea. When Link gets on board, he is challenged with a test given by the pirate underling Niko. In that test, Link must learn to use jumps and rope swinging to get through an obstacle course and reach Niko. If successful, he receives the Spoils Bag and bombs.
