Prosperous Zepar is a Unique Monster in Xenoblade Chronicles that is a member of the Flamii family. It can be found at level 56 during the evening at Jifum Beach, on the Fallen Arm. It is larger than most Flamii and can drop the Pretty Flamii Legs, which are needed for the "I Want to be a Homs!" quest.
