Copper is a character from the Animal Crossing series. He is a guard dog along with his working partner, Booker. His name comes from the slang term "Copper", meaning "policeman". In all games, Copper's professional attitude contrasts with Booker's nervous attitude. In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, he once again can be found alongside his companion Booker. They, like many characters, can not be found at the start of the game. If the Modern Police Station is built, he will appear in the game, and can be asked about lost items and whether any visitors can be found in the village.
