A Mirror for my French House - French house part 14

Some years ago I bought this euromini angel mirror (article no. 6676).

I was not satisfait with the golden colour so I have painted it.

I think I will use it (only the frame) for my French house.

The frame matches perfect to my little angel ornaments:

What do you think?

Ironwork for my French House - part 13

I am planning to build a basement and some steps for my French house.

For that reason I bought some delprado iron (metal) handrails and iron elements for the windows/balcony.

Now I can calculate the high of the basement and the steps.
I think the basement is not higher than 7 cm.
Maybe I do also 2 little windows. But I am not sure about it.
The house is only 40 cm wide and the front door is 9 cm (incl. doorframe).

For the steps I will use balsa wood which I can carve a little bit. So that the steps look well-worn.

I will do a lot of red geraniums (mixed with ivory) and I really like to do a wisteria for one of the side walls.
On the net I have found this wisteria tutorial:

What do you think about my plans?

Have a great day

French House part 12 Window frames

Today I start to do the window frames for my French house
For the window frames I use 1 mm cardboard.
I have done also a window frame for my "Baby Shabby Chic
Boutique" and I was really satisfait with the result.
I really like to work with paper/cardboard (I am not a wood worm!).

Here you can find my window frame tutorial:

Combs, Buckles and Zippers

I have done some new minis for my haberdashery shop.
I start with the vintage sewing kit by hairloomsbysusan.
It is a very big kit (about 300 French sewing/millinery printies)
perfect for my haberdashery shop.
You can buy the kit in the artofmini webshop:
