Rika Harold is a D.A. Investigator and former detective who crossed paths with the Organized Crime Control Bureau while they investigated the murder of Octavio Montanero alongside her.
She is a tough woman who cares about her colleagues and people who she investigates cases with, particularly Elliot Stabler, who she warned to tread carefully in the investigation of Montanero's death and to keep her updated in the investigations.
