Louis Chinasky

History

Louis stalked Detective Elliot Stabler, who was undercover using the identity of Eddie Wagner, mistaking him for his father. Stabler caught Louis while he attempted to run away and told him to get lost. Louis continued to follow Stabler while Stabler repeatedly attempted to get him away so he can continue working on the case. Later, Louis told Stabler that he knew he wasn't Eddie Wagner but he wanted to be like him. (OC: "Unforgivable")

Stabler has Louis placed in a cell with the latter protesting but was told that he had to ensure he stayed in line like he would with his real son. Louis later attempted to flee the country while being given money by Stabler, as he voices thanks him for his help. However, he backed out and stayed in the city. During the raid, Louis exited the Besa Gym and spotted Stabler before being injured in the bombing of the gym, his injuries eventually leading to his death. His body is last seen splayed out on the road. (OC: "High Planes Grifter" & "Ashes To Ashes")
