James "Jamie" Doyle is a street pre-op transsexual teenager and freelance prostitute, as well as an acquaintance of Sister Peg.

It was presumed originally that Jamie was killed by a john, since sexual activity signs were still left from when Jamie was paid for sex by misophobic typecaster Gus Yoker. This was contradictory to Jamie being covered in an ornate drape and partly surrounded by lit candles.
It was revealed Bobby Douglas killed Jamie, hitting Jamie with his flashlight when being started from Jamie praying, as Bobby was there to burn the church confession box and vandalize it with graffiti. Bobby would later be killed in prison, and his motives were revealed to be him being molested by the bishop of the church. (SVU: "Silence")
