Drea Clark was an abortion activist who witnessed the murder of Becca Carter.
History[]
After Becca was found dead, Detectives Frank Cosgrove and Jalen Shaw questioned Drea who called 911 after Becca was murdered. Cosgrove and Shaw then find security footage which shows Drea meeting with Becca. Drea then becomes a suspect in Becca's murder. The cops then monitor Drea and they catch her at Port Authority, waiting for a bus. Before Drea could get on a bus, Cosgrove and Shaw arrested her for murder.
Drea denies being involved in Becca's murder and that she helped Becca travel out of Texas to get an abortion. Drea then explains everything that she saw the night Becca was murdered. Later, after Becca's brother, Blake Carter, gets arrested for Becca's murder, Drea informs Assistant district attorney Samantha Maroun that she is not going testify which annoys Maroun. Drea claims that she is worried about going to jail and that she's pleading the fifth amendment. Later, Maroun meets Drea at a bar and talks to her about testifying against Blake. Drea agrees to testify against Blake which results in Blake's conviction. After Blake's trial, Executive assistant district attorney Nolan Price and Maroun meet with Drea outside the courtroom where they offer to have a police officer escort her home. Drea refuses to have an escort and walks down the stairs. Drea then gets shot in the stomach by a woman protestor and dies from the wound. (L&O: "Battle Lines")
