CAAB May Inspiration

Hi there!
It's Judy here with my designer inspiration project for

I have used 




I created a slimline card.
The digital was colored with Prismacolor Pencils.
I used stitched slimline dies from Tutti Designs.
The sentiment was stamped with a stamp from Paper Wishes.
I found the strawberry embellishment as a free download.
I added ribbon and a bow.

Male BD Theme

Tree Scapes

Happy Friday!
Today I am featured over on the




I have created 2 cards using a new digital stamp set released this month.





When you purchase this digital set you will receive a zip file containing:
- 3 black and white silhouettes
- 6 word images / sentiments

These are lovely silhouette images and 
are perfect for crafting for any occasion.


I die cut  a large circle and blended several inks for the background.
Then printed the digital over the background.
The sentiment was printed and die cut with an oval die.
I added some enamel dots.





For this second card, I simply printed the image on white card stock
and die cut with an oval die, matted with black card stock.
The layered oval was place on to a patterned paper.
I printed the sentiment, cut into a rectangle and matted.
I added enamel dots to finish.
A quick and easy card for all occasions!

Inspirational Shadowbox

Hi there!
I'm excited to share a shadowbox project with you using 
beautiful card stocks from CutCardStock! 
I like to make these and think they make great gifts and/or additions to home decor. 
They are easy to customize and I love adding inspirational quotes.



This month glitter card stocks are on sale and there are lots of beautiful colors to choose from, 
so I am using a piece of SILK GLITTER PRINCESS PINK CARD STOCK 12X12 as my base 
and 1 piece cut to 9 inch square. I cut a piece of SILK GLITTER OPULENT OPAL 12X12 CARD STOCK to 10 1/2 inch square. I've also pulled out CURIOUS METALLIC BLANK 5X7 DISCOUNT CARD STOCK - 25 PK - OVERSTOCKS in Cryogen White. 
The floral border was fussy cut and trimmed to 8 1/2 inches from 
a patterned piece of 12 x 12 paper from my stash.

 trimmed to an 8 1/2 inch square. I used a Create-a-Card Die from Crafter's Companion and 
cut the upper left hand corner to create a frame effect.



The 5 x 7 Curious Metallic card I pulled out was adhered behind the die cut opening on 
the pink card stock. The pieces I cut and mentioned above were all layered together.

I wanted to add flowers to the layout, so did some die cutting and rolling using the glitter card stocks.

I pulled out a digital stamp image from Art Philosophy that I had colored up a couple months ago and fussy cut, chose a quote from a stamp set and coordinating die and some foliage dies. I used CURIOUS METALLIC BLANK 5X7 DISCOUNT CARD STOCK - 25 PK - OVERSTOCKSandPOP TONE GUM DROP GREEN 8.5X11 DISCOUNT CARD STOCK.

I started adding the above elements. 


I finished the project by adding some twine and inserting into a white 12 x 12 shadowbox.

Mermazing

Happy Friday!
It's time for this week's


I have created a slimline card, which has become my favorite design styles,
with an inked background done using a water color technique with Sparkle Pens.
The focal image used is Winnie Mermaid Mermazing - Passing Time, colored with pencils.
I added some die cuts and glitter dots for embellishment.

Using Chibi Fairy

I colored this sweet digs with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut.
I added a little glitter glue to her wings and
used some glitter gel pen here and there.
I printed and die cut the sentiment.
I applied glitter card stock from CutCardStock to the 5 x 6 1/2 inch card base
The white background was dry embossed with a Darice EF.
And finally gems were added to complete my design.
