Midway Reminder - Marvelous Magnolia Challenge #60...Pretty Pearls

Hello everyone!
It's a midway reminder post today for our 2 weeks challenge at Marvelous Magnolia, the Pretty Pearls challenge

and here's what I came up with


chose Flying Tilda from Fairy Tale collection, colored with Distress Ink Marekers & Re-inkers
put her in a resin frame for a decoration
decorated the frame with some Doohickey's dies; Doily Flowers, Hellebores & Swirl
the sentiment is from Raising the Ceiling Collection
designed papers are from Magnolia


put the pearl string around at the right side of the frame & on the flowers too

thousands of 'Ang Bao'

hello everyone!
Chinese New Year is coming next week & it's our traditions to give 'ang bao' ( red packets ) to children.
to celebrate the day, my husband & I decided to make some simple red packets.

 Few weeks ago, I just purchased an envelope punch board from We R Memory Keepers.. it was well used to help us scoring all the papers... 
 It definitely makes our works easier..

We decorated the red packets using some stamps from Hero Arts, the bamboo tree as the background & Chinese New Year theme stamps that I found during my trip last year.




and... we are ready to celebrate the New Year... LOL

using Tilda with Cherry Ice from Sea Breeze collection
colored with Distress Ink Markers & Re-inkers
add a sentiment from Summer Memories collection & rolled it on to a Maya Road spool
framed the image with Spellbinder dies
designed papers are from Magnolia
made the shaped card with Go Kreate dies
decorated with some banner dies &  view master dies from Doohickeys
rolled flowers from Dienamics
 white trinket with heart is from Prima, added some crackle paint on it
yellow flowers are from i am roses
cheese cloth at the background

Midway Reminder - Marvelous Magnolia Challenge #59...Lovely Lace

Hello everyone!
it's the second week of our challenge at Marvelous Magnolia, the Lovely Lace challenge
and it's time for us, the Romance team to create some cards/projects for more inspirations

and here's what I create


a gift box, with Lonely Tilda with Her Heart from With Love Collection
design paper from Special Moments collection

created the gift bag using We R Memory Keeper Gift Bag Punch Board
and using the Rich Rach dies from Magnolia to make the zipper bag

decorated the bag with die flowers using Hellebores; Peaky Floral Tabs from Doohickeys
 I chose to use the cute lacy corner dies, also from Doohickeys and some laces on the peaky floral tabs 

pearls on the flowers are from Doodlebug
yellow little flower on the laces is from i am roses
the feathers & cream pearls are from my stash

Mommy & Me.. a scrapbook layout

Hello everyone!!
I had just recently came back from my holidays, I am glad to say that I had a great time in the U.S. and came back with lots of fresh ideas for my cards and layouts.
During my time there I had bought a lot of dies & stamps, it was somewhat one of my guilty pleasures to indulge myself with.
This is just one of the many inspirational ideas that I had brought back with me from my stay.


It's my friend's pictures with her little girl.. they are true models & full of expressions

I chose American Craft,  Amy Tangerine Cut & Paste scrapbook papers 

Apply some molding paste on the layout to make some texture with The Crafter's Workshop's stencil

 Decorated with:
triangle dies & tiny triangles stamps; dress form die from PTI
 washi tape dies & stamps; peek a boo chevrons; speech bubble; butterflies; photo corners; buttons from Dienamics

splattered some Mists from Studio Calico to add some color to the layout

Hello everyone...!
It's me again with our weekly challenge at Tilda's Town 

I've seen so many adorable coloring techniques on the internet
so, this time I did something new that I haven't done before.. I challenge myself to do a no line coloring

and here's my card


I chose Tilda Hiding Heart from With Love Collection, colored her with Distress Ink Markers & Re-inkers
Stamped her on a Cherise Label dies from Memory Box & framed it with Tiffany Frame dies
added some crackle accent on the heart
the sentiment is from Magnolia, Yummy for Your Tummy Collections
Designed papers are from Magnolia

I used Go Kreate dies to make the shaped card
Peacock Feather from Magnolia
Cheery Lyn dies,  English Tea Party Doily for some layers
the white doily paper is from Bo Bunny
the red roses & leaves are from Dienamics
big daisy flower is from i am roses
the white clay heart is from LLC, add some crackle paints on it
twine is from Maya Road
and white seam binding & brown ribbon is from my own stash
brown enamel dots are from My Mind's Eyes

Marvelous Magnolia Challenge #58...Anything Goes

Hello everyone... Happy New Year!! Wish you all the beautiful things to come in 2014...

Here I am again after having a great vacation with my family... this week's challenge at Marvelous Magnolia is about anything goes...

and thinking that Valentine is coming, I created this pinky card


chose Violet Tilda from Sea Breeze collection, colored her in sepia with Distress Ink markers & re inkers 
the Heart Keyhole stamps are also from Magnolia, the Love collections, also colored with Distress Inks with some crackle accents 

framed her with Dienamic spring wreath & Spellbinder doily circle dies to the background,
used Go Kreate dies to make the shaped card,
the 'love' letters dies are from Die-Versions, added some glitters on them
bow dies is from Doohickeys

the square frame is from Melissa Frances with some crackle paints on it

papers are from Magnolia
